FDA cleared was a must for me ! It is exactly what I want verified in the FDA database- legit class II medical device status! I have been using the device over three weeks, I love the blue light therapy on the face / stomach. I can see the difference- the skin brighter and smoother. I have several red lights for therapy and this Hello Face light is clearly the best one that I have. It is big enough to cover my head and it has helped with my skin rash. I have also used it on my hands and kness, so it has multiple uses beyond being just a face lamp. It is light weight and easy to move from room to room. My only gripe is the high cost and I do not believe that it is a value for the money as so many other therapy lamps are less than half of what this units costs. I guess you do get what you pay for as I stated this was the best unit that I have, but quality costs quite a bit here!

I'm loving this. Before this I had one of those little handheld red light wants that you drag along your face - considering how long you need to have red light therapy on your face that was essentially useless. So then I tried a mask that you strap on your face. It wasn't bad comfort wise, but It certainly did not get my neck and it was a pain because the battery would die mid session. This one though. THIS one. I'm happy with. It has a few different settings, the main ones. Red, blue, and then a mix. The red has IR which apparently is so that it goes deeper into the skin too which is a plus. It comes with "glasses" that aren't see through at all, just solid black plastic (that are comfortable) so that my eyes are fully protected. The design of it is quite ingenious really. I only use it on my face but it is made so that it can be flattened and used elsewhere on yoru body. It velcros to the strop that sits at teh back of your head and is sturdy, it has not come undone, nor have I needed to undo it. I keep it in tact and just set it beside my bed when I'm done with it. I do almost nightly sessions while listening to an audio book for 20 minutes. It has a timer, a delay after you choose your setting so you can get ready without risk of hurting your eyes or wasting precious treatment time, and 3 different strength levels. I've been using for 2 weeks and have already noticed a difference in my skin. It is clearer (less red), and my skin is feeling plumper (at least on my forehead). I'm so very pleased with this. It doesn't suffocate me either as it's open and airy feeling since it's not technically touching your face. I'm loving it.

Our household uses many different red light therapy devices from handheld, face masks, different size lamps and now this from Hello Face. It is said and shown to be for the face, but can be used on multiple areas of the body. It is fairly easy to set up and use. It has 4 light modes including blue, red, amber and a mix. There are 3 power levels and 4 timer settings from 5 minutes up to 20 minutes. Goggles for eye protection are included. It works well and has become a favorite of some in our household. However, some negatives: It is not a chargeable unit but has to be plugged in, so you are limited to where you can use it because you must be close to an outlet. It doesn’t come with something to store it in and though it lays flat for storage it needs a lot of room. The markings on the remote are difficult to see but after using it a few times you become familiar with what is where which could be considered a bonus for exercising your brain. The cost is on par with other light therapy devices. All in all the Hello Face light therapy has been well received by our family. Four stars.

I got this RLT device for my face and neck and really like it. I had a mask before and like this style better. It is more comfortable, and it gets my neck. It is generously sized, lightweight and slides easily over your face and neck area. It has four light modes: red/infrared, blue, amber, and a combined setting and different intensities. The red and infrared help firm skin and boost collagen, while the blue targets acne causing bacteria. It also has 4 timer options. It lays flat and is flexible so you can use it on other parts of the body and makes it easy to store. It also comes with straps that make it easy to wrap around a body part. You do have to be near an outlet as it has to be plugged in while using. Still experimenting with different light modes and discovering benefits, but so far I am really impressed!
