I own two of these boards (10'6" lightning design)! I have owned my first board for 2.5 years and have taken it on all kinds of water: lakes, rivers, rivers with class 1-2 rapids, the beach... It's held up beautifully, even after skidding over some rocks and sustaining a couple scratches. It maneuvers pretty well for an iSUP, and the case and assorted equipment that come with it work well too. There are certainly some boards out there that maneuver better and are faster, but this one is excellent for the price point! I will note that folks heavier than ~180 should definitely put in the extra effort to inflate it to 15psi. I've always been able to get away with 12-13psi and have felt very stable, but I recently took my boyfriend on a trip and noted he was wobbling a lot and was lower in the water than I was. This problem was exacerbated for my 6' brother, who could barely kneel and balance... The quality of the board is fine; I think the issue is more of one related to physics and to the need for a longer/bigger board rather than any intrinsic problem with this one. As far as I can tell, this is about as inexpensive as paddle boards come. I love the color, it feels excellent, and I love that I can pack EVERYTHING (board, paddle, pump, life vest, patch kit, dry bag, fine, etc) all into one bag. My pump doesn’t attach well, so inflating it can be tricky if I’m not going with a friend. I just ordered an electric pump because it’s pretty exhausting to fill it up to the correct psi. Also, the black foam on the board is starting to peel off already. I’m in Arizona in the summer, but I’ve only taken it out 4 times so I was disappointed to see that. Handles very well. I’ve only ever used hard paddle boards before this and I think the inflatable board is even easier to use. ... show more

So far, so good! I know it won’t last forever, but if I had been renting SUPs, I would have already spent more money than I paid for this board. Very solid, the case is big enough that you don’t need an engineering degree to get it back in after deflation. Nice buy for a first SUP!

I really have been loving this paddle board. It is a bit hard to pump up but that is the only thing so far I dislike. I love the board itself, it is beautiful, and lightweight to carry, and easy to maneuver in the water!

Very sturdy for the price, I've owned mine for a few months now and haven't had any issues with air leaking so far. Every time I go out I have people asking where I got it, very happy I went with this one.

Nice quality, sturdy and holds 500lb easily… it only takes around 3-4 minutes to fully inflate the board with the provided hand pump… I was going to buy an electric one but decided against.. Make sure to dry it after every use before packing or it will develop a smell and will need a wash with soap.

For the price, I had low expectations. I saw a nearly identical product at PIAS for $500. So I was absolutely thrilled to unpack these this morning and find everything we needed along with a *quality* paddle board. My husband is tall and fit: this was a great board for him. I’m tall-ish and a bit heavier: I still felt solid on this board. Easy to inflate and deflate. Lightweight enough to carry easily. Packs down into the provided bag.
