This motorcycle helmet came with two visors, and instructions on how to put the fog/rain film on the inside for fog, and he outside for rain. 2 shields, 4 suggested locations, 1 sheet of film? Where to put it? I was going to wait and see which became a problem. I decided to put it on the inside of the clear shield, as fog steaming up the inside on cooler days is always a problem. The dark shield would only be for sunny days, and in theory warm enough to not fog up. I pull over in the rain. As for the helmet itself I got mine a bit oversized so I can wear a wool cap and Bluetooth headphones without them pressing in my face for hours. There's an easy on and off chin strap. The vents are easy to access, but the covers could have been a bit smoother and without the sharp edges of the plastic. Airflow was ample. ... show more

It fits. Could probably of gone down two or three sizes but it still is a comfortable fit. Very nicely made comes with extra shield visor. You are unable to lock the shield visor into position so wouldn’t use it at speed. Not a fan of the click in way of securing it on as it’s not easily adjustable. This is a good looking helmet. It is quite light and easy to wear. The inside is somewhat on the minimalistic side so it’s not over stuffed and uncomfortable. Leaves room for airflow and finished with breathable fabric so it does an ok job of reducing noise. It has functional vents that do work well. Only thing I noticed was it got noticeably louder with the vents open. The ear reliefs are not padded/insulated and I had to get creative to secure my Bluetooth headset inside. Surprisingly as well as the helmet fit getting it on was a bit of a challenge. It’s fairly tight around the neck area. I attempted to put it on with my earbuds in and that just was not gonna happen. It is possible to insert them through the front opening once you have it on. Comes with a clear and tinted visor and they are easily interchangeable. I believe this would offer substantial protection in a crash. I think this is an okay value considering the cost and the features. I would purchase again and I do recommend it. ... show more

This is a really solid, affordable helmet for guys with impossibly large melons like myself. Safety for helmets means getting something that fits well of course, but also getting something you'll actually wear. As someone who has struggled for years to find hockey helmets, bike helmets, and motorcycle helmets that actually fit properly, I know the frustration and impulse to "not worry about it" because you can't find the right fit for a helmet. Well, this one so far has been great. I don't ride that much anymore, but I wanted to have an extra helmet on hand in case of emergences or in case i need to carry a passenger. This one fits me well enough that I would happily lend my XL Scorpion helmet out to my passenger (most likely my wife who has the same size head as me). It felt great, was very solid, and had a very unique closure system (that took a minute to get used to....I'm old school). I love that it came with an extra visor and an anti-fog liner for the shield as well. For the price, I'd say it's really hard to beat. I wouldn't wear it on a track necessarily, but it's a great backup helmet or for just going out for a leisurely ride on a weekend. Lastly, the fit and finish was excellent. Everything was nicely stitched, polished, and packaged, and there was no strong odors from plastic or adhesives, which is great. All in all, I'd give it two thumbs up! ... show more

    • Great comfortable relatively lightweight helmet.
I own many many helmets ranging from Goodwill finds all the way up to you carbon fiber areas Arias so I can speak with some authority on the quality of this helmet. For the price I have not found better it's pretty lightweight for what it is and the visors are easily swapped the vent on the mouthpiece actually works and the buckle system is extremely convenient compared to the traditional d loop. I highly recommend this helmet if you're just getting into the sport or if you want to keep your really nice helmets on the shelf in the rain. This is a fantastic helmet and fit great. It was a matte black color and looked awesome. It comes with two visors (clear and shaded). The strap is very strong and the buckle part of it is all metal with a ratcheting action. This makes if very secure when wearing the helmet.
