Very soft and well sewn. The pattern and color is true the picture. It is about a 1/4” thick with a good higher gauge weave (Not see thru). It runs about a 1-2 sizes too small though, but worth the purchase if you get the right size.

It is a very bright red, and I've already washed it because I wash all of my clothes as soon as I get them and I was concerned that the red would bleed into the white but it didn't. I really like the fits I am a very large chested woman with a long torso. I was looking specifically for a body hugging sweater to wear over button-ups because I'm big chested and I don't tailor my button-ups they tend to look very frumpy on me so this would help cinch in the waist on my button up shirts and hide the gap in the boob area. I am revising my previous review as to how much i loved this item. I fell apart after first wash!!!! i followed the washing instructions. SO dissapointed! first impression was wrong. this is what i wrote previously. glad i had not ordered others yet ....
