I bought these because I wanted to blunt the harsh afternoon sun from my bedroom but not actually black out the room. These are perfect. Enough light gets through to keep the room bright but they also give more privacy than sheers because they are thicker. Nice fabric. Very pleased.

I can not say enough about these curtains! I put them throughout my entire house! The fabric is so nice and I love the pleats! (not all of them were hemmed yet in the photos)

Lengths of my pair did match up perfectly. Still, I intentionally bought them long so I machine washed with cold and dried on low heat - they shrank about 3 inches & I cut to length. The fabric is a light/med weight cotton (no sheen) with nice horizontal threads (see photo). They hang well. They are not sheer, but let in the morning light to brighten the room. They looked attractive threaded through the curtain rod using the hidden tabs, but I went with curtain rings for ease in sliding open/close daily. Wrinkles are disappearing as they hang, but I may steam lightly to remove the rest. ... show more

These are just what I was looking for! I wouldn’t consider these blackout curtains but I like them anyways. Even the husband loves them. I’m going to buy another set for 2 more small bedroom windows!

Curtains have a nice texture and filter the light well. They are very white, and don’t have much warmth to them at all. I tried hanging them without washing them because I was worried about them shrinking, but they had a very strong chemical smell that was filling up the whole upstairs. I washed them on a short cycle And put them back up to air dry, but they shrunk a ton, you can see the difference in these two photos. I wouldn’t recommend these. ... show more
