Comes in a soft shell packaging nice and flattened on itself. Permanent creases that you might be able to get out with heat, while in other spots it's completely destroyed the integrity of the leather. (See last photo) The craftsmanship? Well, I'm not a professional Leatherman so not sure how to rate it. The entire strap is a leather sandwich. Two pieces on either side of flexible plastic. The leather is soft, but it's also thin at 1.5ish mm. So why 3 instead of 1 like the other reviewer? Well, let's face it. While the appearance of the strap matter, it doesn't mean anything if it does its job. It holds the guitar, the cut outs for the strap buttons are good. I may have loved this strap... I have 4-5 other Levy Straps and they make excellent products... unfortunately this strap was packed incorrectly and instead of being rolled or sent flat it was folded in 6-8” lengths over itself and it creased the leather and padding in 5-6 places making the strap ugly and unusable. ... show more
