Good when used as part of a routine.

I decided to get a two pack of these heel sticks because I’m working to get my husband’s heels soft for him and his are cracked so he needs the urea. I like that this also has salicylic acid in it as well for extra exfoliation. My heels were never super bad because I do take care of them but I do like this product. It’s a bit greasy which is fine bc I want the oils, of course. I don’t usually sleep with socks and this has not stained my sheets. It’s not sticky and doesn’t have a detectable scent. I’m 57 years old. My foot care routine is as follows if anyone is interested. Otherwise just see below for the ingredient list. FOOT CARE ROUTINE FOR SOFT HEELS: Pumice stone twice a week in the bath. In the morning I use The Ordinary 7% glycolic acid (if your feet are really cracked use a stronger percentage of glycolic acid) then top it with any heel cream or thick lotion. Before bed I apply this urea stick. That’s it! If my heels need more help I will use a thicker layer of this and sleep with heel socks made especially for cracked heels (they have this silicone layer on the inside that really keeps the moisture in and the heel socks leave the toes open). I’ve been working on my husband’s heels now too. His are much worse than mine ever were. I’ll come back with before and after pics. For his I have been using a manual foot file as well as my electric nail file with a semi-coarse sandpaper-like bit attached a few times a week to get his calluses smoother and try to heal the cracks, in addition to this heel stick at night. ACTIVE INGREDIENT LIST WITH BENEFITS EXPLAINED: Urea (60%): A high-potency keratolytic agent and intense humectant. Salicylic Acid (2%): A oil-soluble beta-hydroxy acid (BHA). Great Product - Repeat Customer!

These are amazing, not wet or sticky. DOES NOT BURN CRACKED OR RAW HEELS!!! Gets readily absorbed into heels and softens overnight! I'v purchased these 4 times over the past couple years. I always have one or two sticks in the house.

Love love love this stuff. My boyfriend has very severely dry feet and have had him use other foot creams but this stuff works like no other. Over night u can tell a difference. What’s also nice is it comes in a balm so it’s very convenient and easy to use. You can also use this on other places like elbows or knees if they are dry as well.

Convenient for Dry, Rough Heels

I really like the stick format of this because it makes applying foot cream much less messy. You can swipe it directly over dry heels or other rough spots without ending up with thick cream all over your hands. At 60% urea, this is definitely more of an intensive product for stubborn dry, thick, or cracked skin rather than a basic everyday moisturizer. It helps soften and exfoliate rough areas while adding moisture, and I find it especially useful on heels. It absorbs reasonably well, although I still prefer using it at night and putting socks on afterward. Overall, the stick design is convenient, targeted, and much less annoying than digging thick foot cream out of a tub.
