    • This is perfect for a smaller aquarium
I have a 10 gal aquarium and I like it to have a very natural look with stones and shells. Most of the aquarium stores around here don't have a selection of natural shells and the ones they have are quite spendy. I wanted some starfish, but most of the ones on here are big, like 6" or above. But this set has a nice selection of small starfish and various conch and scallop shells (small) and nice colors. I rinsed them good. the shells were packed well and arrived intact. Really happy with these. My tank looks great. UPDATE: product says 2 types of natural starfish After being in my aquarium for a couple months, all the shells still look good, but it seems like the starfish are deteriorating. So I'm not sure about those now. I don't know if natural starfish deteriorate or if they are some type of plaster or other material. Either way if these are for craft use, I'd say they're fine, but you may not want to use the starfish in an aquarium if you want to make sure it's safe for your fish. ... show more

    • Beautiful shells
Product was as pictured. Shells were wrapped and boxed well. I only had two that were damaged. The starfish we’re wrapped separately and none were damaged. These were ordered to do specialty craft orders. You was pleased with what I received.

    • With the exception of one box all shells were perfect.
Twelve (12) Antillean Scallops were wrapped in a copy of the Los Fresnos News, newspaper. These shells were not cleaned to remove barnacle residue and one shell was shattered and all others were chipped, in poor condition.
