    • Worked Great For Me To Seal The Gap Under My Screen Door

This product was super easy to install and I had zero problems with the adhesive sticking. Follow the instructions and you shouldn't have any issues. Make sure you thoroughly clean the area that you plan to install this on (I used alcohol to wipe the area) and if you need to, warm up the item with a hair dryer before installing. This product stuck to the bottom of the door as soon as I pressed it on so be careful with your placement as it may be difficult to remove if you have to adjust it. I would absolutely buy this product again as it worked perfectly and was MUCH cheaper than buying it from those big name home improvement stores. ... show more

Not a perfect solution, but quick, easy & unobtrusive until you can do better, and it can work in concert with other seals.clean the surface well, and hold it down firmly for about 30 seconds for better adhesion.

    • Is the adhesive on the wrong side?

I feel like the adhesive part should be in that crevice, so that from the outside looking in, it’s perfectly flat and level with the door… right?? I cant imagine the adhesive stuff is meant to go on the part it’s on.. does this make sense?? Anyway, it works okay. I’m in a very echo-y bedroom because of my large windows and wood floors (all other rooms have moderate windows and carpeted floors) so sound really bounces around in my room, as if the wall is just a blanket. It hardly muffles sound. So I tried this. It does help but it’s not perfect. I guess I can’t expect it to be, though. It can only do so much. But bottom line is yes it helps. I ended up later adding it so that both sides of the door have it. It comes with 2. Obviously incredibly easy to attach. So far there’s no signs that it’s going to come off soon (I’ve had it like 2 months maybe) and I had even readjusted it a bit when I was applying. But I’m also not worried it’ll take any paint off. Well probably if you just yanked it off, but if you peeled it slowly I doubt it’d take any paint with it. Oh and It does absolutely help block light. ... show more

It was extremely easy to install and has dramatically cut down the amount of cold air coming through the door and has made a decent seal. Bought to help air leaks coming in front door - we have brutal cold & windy winters here. This product stopped the air leaks at door seam completely. Worked better than any other product I’ve tried before in past. Well worth the cost , easy to install.
