Buying a gift card for someone off Amazon makes choosing the perfect and easiest gift EASIER! If that is even possible. My husband's family prefers gift cards. I used to think it wasn't personal, but I'd rather spend my money on something someone will use and I know for sure they will use a gift card! Ways to use the awesome feature of buying gift cards on Amazon include but are not limited to the following: 1. Get stocking stuffers without leaving the house! Seriously, is there a better stocking stuffer than a gift card to their favorite place? Nope. 2. Get gifts without leaving the house. Same idea, except check an entire person off your list when you order them a gift card. Who doesn't love the flexibility of a card with money on it? 3. Send a gift to someone who lives far away. Skip paying shipping on a box of stuff for them and let them choose what they want. Some Amazon gift card options also offer gift wrap and will put your cute little gift card in a box for you! 4. Gift a spouse a date by buying a gift card to Fandango ahead and securing your money in that date idea! Always nice gift for movie theater lovers

    • Worth it when it was 5$ off. There is a convenience fee though.
I see there a lot of bad reviews on here so I am not going to give it a five star because I'm sure there is some validity to them. I agree that there is a convenience fee that makes the card seem silly, but there is a movie theater in my area that is recliners and you can reserve your seat ahead of time on some sort of ticket app. Being as it may, you have to reserve your seat to get a good seat or even a seat at all. In my circumstances I use Fandango no matter if I have a gift card or not. I purchased the gift card when it was on a lightning deal and saved 5$, so it was very much worth it. To the topic that reviewer stated the gift card was not valid, I did not come across this issue. ... show more
