The media could not be loaded. Didn’t do my homework when I ordered this on Amazon. I didn’t realize that it came in so many pieces. I had my husband help me with the 4 very large sheets. We taped those to the wall and ensured they were straight. Then I spent about 3 hours peeling the cutout off the paper, removing the backing and then sticking it to the wall. I couldn’t figure out how to get the picture frames to work and how to change out the photos, so I bought my own frames from Target. All in all I would purchase this again. It looks so beautiful!

If you are into cutting out and putting paper decals all over your wall this is okay. I do not like the product, thought I was getting acrylic/plastic and frames. Returned and will find a wall family tree made out of acrylic/heavy plastic.
