I'm a musician and always wear a hat on stage - I have many. This one expands my collection for short money. It doesn't appear to be super sturdy and, even with my enormous noggin, it's a little big on me. The adjustment string inside works but it seems a little thin so I'll probably sew some felt inside it to keep it securely on my head. Like I said, this is a very cool looking hat and I look forward to wearing it at many shows in the future. It comes in a slide closed plastic bag with a cardboard ring on the brim to keep it straight. Shipping was perfect and I won't hesitate to buy another hat from this vendor, knowing that they are stage accessories as opposed to actual articles of clothing. If you want to look as cool as me, buy one for yourself.

I ordered one of these hats as a test because Amazon noted that it is a frequently returned item, often due to size. I consulted the chart they show on here, selected the appropriate size, and it fits great! I got a few compliments my first time wearing it out, so I ordered a few more colors. Addressing one complaint I saw, which is a very minor one, is the accessories with each hat were inconsistent. One came with feathers and pads to adjust for size, one came with feathers, and the others were just the hat. So, if you are counting on feathers to make the hat, be aware that they may or may not be there. Personally, I like to mix and match my feathers, so they were a bonus rather than a need.
