The power output rating of 80W per channel is based on 24V input and 4 ohm speakers. The power supply provided is 12V and most home speakers are 8 ohms, bringing the rated power output down to 20W per channel. This is still loud. I measured around 84 dBA average playing a rock song (Great Van Fleet). If you buy a 24V DC, 5A or more power supply you can get more volume. I measured around 91 dBA with same song. This is not specific to this product; nearly all mini amps of this type work the same way. I have had this mini amp just over a month. I use it exclusively via Bluetooth paired with a set on Affinity speakers to play backing tracks for guitar practice. It pairs every time and works great for the price. Audio EQ is not great, especially in the bass and presence ranges but mids through treble are not bad. Does the job it is intended for, very compact with a big knob on the top for volume control, good value for the price.

I bought this amp to tide me over after my 16-year-old stereo blew and I needed something to help the sound on my Samsung TV. The Samsung has sad internal speakers and has HDMI, Optical, and Bluetooth sound outputs. I first tried optical, but the TV cannot control the output level of its optical port. So I ordered this Bluetooth enabled amplifier to drive my Polk Audio tower speakers. The sound level is fine, even with the supplied and underpowered power supply, but the Bluetooth connection was dropping the first word of each sentence on certain YouTube videos. I used a separate Bluetooth receiver to check and the dropouts stopped. I've come to find out that some Bluetooth receivers have auto-mute. When they're not getting audio, they self mute and it takes a second or two to unmute. For every sentence??? The external Bluetooth receiver feeding this amplifier's 3.5mm audio input confirmed that the problem is with the amplifier's Bluetooth receiver.

Omg this thing is awesome I had some old 6 1/2s laying around and a hard cardboard box ran some speaker wire and I can’t even go max this thing pushes some serious watts hopefully it holds up well and I can use it for a actual setup I was just bored and this thing is impressive highly recommend for house or shop

TLDR: I cannot recommend this product. They stopped working after minimal use. That may be the exception and not the rule, but that forced me to try a different amp. My rating is the outcome of the initial failure and drastic difference in experience with a different amp. I purchased this item to push 2 50W base shakers. I specifically chose this item due to the 80W per channel, which I hoped would give me decent overhead. After about 3 days and maybe 3-3.5 hours use in total the product stopped working. I verified that it was the amp and not the shakers themselves using a different amp. I then ended up purchasing a Fosi Audio TB10A with TPA3116 amp, used, for nearly the same price. This next part I couldn't say until I had tried the Fosi amp as this was my first time using bass shakers, therefore I had no comparison. Out of the box with the initial setup, the F900S seem to drive the base shakers...ok, but I felt they we're underwhelming. Again, without comparison I could not definitively State them to be 'underwhelming'. After trying the Fosi I can honestly and confidently say it is night and day.

Worked as intended. Great sound for the price. The power was good able to amp my intercom about 50 ft away while maintaining good quality sound. The size is a big as the palm of ur hand so was good for mounting it in back of the tv. Easy to use with cell phone

The unit is very small and convenient. Build looks ok, nice big volume knob. The on off switch is very small. Good connetors at the back. I couldnt verfy the advertised power, but it works well for my needs (running 20W mono speaker at the moment). Good bluetooth connectivity. There are two cables in the box - the one i needed (3.5 mm audio) was faulty, so i needed to get another one which i bought seperateltly. Hence the 4 stars, othwrwise it would be 5. I hope that it runs long time, will update in a month or so.
