Sadly this is the 2nd unit I've had to return. The product itself does an amazing job at cleansing the face, but the on/off button actually required me to use a blunt end object to turn it on/off. The charging point is a pin hole size opening that takes some manipulating to connect the charger to, and then the tiny green light is so gain you can barely see. So I bought this because not only was it a silicone face scrubber but also because it had red light and blue light therapy as well. Great little device I used and liked until I had to charge it. The port broke immediately and I had to peel back the covering to see what the issue was. The flimsy black reinforcement broke and thus I can't charge it anymore. So $35 for one time use isn't great. If the port was designed different and wouldn't break easily this would easily be a 5 star device as the main components, scrubbing and light therapy are great. Original Review: My item was very obviously used. It was covered in some residue. The sticker attached to it looked like it was soaked in water and was falling off. There was hair inside the packaging. Updated Review: After first receiving the used cleanser brush, I went to my order and was quickly able to order a replacement. The company reached out to me and tried to resolve the issue. Upon receiving my new package, the cleanser brush box was wrapped in plastic so I knew it was a new product. Upon opening the package, I also could see the brush was brand new (no residue, hair, marks). I've been using a Clarisonic for years, which is now out of business. Clarisonics typically come with a bristle brush, which from my understanding can create small abrasions in the skin. Silicon is more gentle so I was looking for something with silicon. The brush is really gentle on the skin and still gave me that shiny, tight skin after cleansing. The vibration is REALLY strong. On the low setting my jaw was vibrating. I was expecting it to be a bit less intense. I had a hard time finding the charging indicator without reading the instructions. The light for the indicator is verrry difficult to see. The nose scrubber was super nice (I always miss cleaning that area). Looking forward to see how my skin improves the more I use it. ... show more
