I needed a hair iron that is dual voltage for a trip. This one sounded just right for me. I loved the color combination, too, so I ordered it. When I got it I tried it out. Oh yeah, it heated up quick and my coarse hair came out freaking straight! Like, Oriental beauty straight. I love the results. Now, the only thing I need to get used to us how long it is. I have to maneuver my hand differently from when I use my shorter iron. Holding it is like trying to write a note with your fingers higher on your pencil than down near the point where you're used to. But that's the only thing I have to say I'm a little off with. I'll get used to the length. Overall, I'm happy with the job it does. Now I just need an adapter for the overseas use. Heats up fast and flows smoothly. Tried it for a few days now. The cird with 360 swivel works great. Excellent customer service too. I didn't get the two clips but seller reached out immediately and sent them asap. I would recommend.

This overall isn't bad and has some really good features such as: it heats up very fast, has a preset button for quickly getting started, the cord has a swivel for your counter top, the locking mechanism is easy to use, I love the colors. There are several downfalls to this however such as: it did pull my hair and quite a bit might I add, you almost have to hold the handle and the end to get a good close contact as it doesn't close together the greatest, when you get started it leaves lines in your hair, and the last is the matte finish and shiny handle show everything like fingerprints and such. One other thing I noticed that isn't a deal breaker is that there is no cord keeper which I like when they have those but again not a deal breaker. The glove that comes with it is nice especially when you hold the end of it so you don't burn your hand. I did not fully finish straightening my hair with this as it kept pulling my hair so I quit. ... show more

I ordered the Fabuday Hair Straightener Falt Iron for Women - Dual Voltage Flat Irons, 12 Adjustable Temp for All Hair Types, Fast Heat Up & Auto Shut-Off, 1 Inch Floating Ceramic Plates. The good: this heats up nicely. You see its temperature on a digital screen so you know when it's at your desired temp. Adjusting up and down between settings (temps) is easy with the press of a button. Comes with a storage bag, as well as some heavy-duty hair clips to make styling easier. The less than good: Yes, you can use this good straightener to 'curl' the end of your hair, but be mindful; since it's only a 1" plate you'll get a pretty tight curl if you try. Maybe this is what you'd like? In which case, this is very good. Balancing it so the straightener stays "upright" on the counter while plugged in was tricky, though I managed it by turning the cord where it attaches to the bottom of the iron. I'd have liked a built-in stand/little legs so it more easily lays upright by itself. Straightened my hair nicely and also didn't have much, if any, off-gas smell. Nice straightener, ... show more
