Interesting that the wheel's threaded stems is not secured properly. The difference between the threaded stem and the rack's tubing allows for play and wobble by horizontal forces. The threaded stem on the wheel is about 3 inches long. There is no tack weld or the preferred optimal design of an expanding sleeve the length of the threaded stem. In my opinion, If designed and manufactured correctly, the design should include an expanding adapter sleeve. There is no support for the entire length of the threaded stud on the wheel. I cannot recommend this item from this seller. The seller does not offer free return shipping. Shipping the return increases the cost of the product by at least 50%. Attached shows that there is an impression on the inside nut, a very weak design attached on the right. An expanding sleeve is on the left side and is the correct sturdy design. ... show more
