This turned out great for us. No need to get the expensive bassinets. This one looks great and is a great height to pick the baby up out of. I also bought normal bassinet sheets and they fit well. It’s also pretty sturdy.

I am pleased with this purchase and was nervous to buy considering the low reviews but I’m glad I did. Pros: - came well packaged - I purchased in pink & it looks as pictured - easy to assemble - proper mattress for infants; this was a major factor in keeping it or not for sleep safety. The mattress provided is firm as it should be but not too thin. - sturdy - light in weight and not bulky Cons: - wheels don’t seem to actually roll. It seems as if I’m just dragging the bassinet. Since it is lightweight, it’s not too much of a problem for me-just disappointing. - the netting does detach to wash but there is cardboard or plastic in the front where you can lower the net. I couldn’t seem to find the opening to take it out so not really sure if it is washable as it says Overall, I am happy I purchased this. It’s a basic, nice bedside sleeper that does what it needs to do. Considering the short amount of time of 5-6 months baby will be in it, I think it is a good buy at a decent price. ... show more

Love it its made my life easier with this bassinet, but I'm 5 foot 2 inches and it hurts my back cause the highest setting it to short ,and baby getting heavier and picking him up and down a thousand times doesn't help either, but still love it ,easy to move around the house ,

I personally prefer to have my newborn next to me throughout the first few months of life for the soul purpose I don't have to worry about sleeping through his cries from the nursery and this bedside bassinet eases my mind tremendously.
