I have really enjoyed this entertainment center. I got the white one with the fireplace. It was very easy to put together. I put this together in about 45 minutes by myself. I did need help moving it into place. This thing is heavy. No tools are required. They have a unique locking system. It did make my thumbs fairly sore the next day. Other than that the assembly was straight forward and the instructions were clear. I did not have any missing hardware. The only con I can think of is that there were no holes in the back (for wires). I had to drill those holes myself, not hard at all. The fireplace was easy to install, and it was plug and play. It did come with a remote. It is a nice heater, but the cold season is coming to an end. I’m hoping this will come in handy next winter. So far so good. It heats my living room nicely (265 sq ft). This is exactly what we wanted and it is high quality. It’s bright white. I was able to get an Xbox One, Wii U, Switch, and a cable modem on one side, using a shelf in the middle. Very easy to assemble. It is a beautiful color. It was scratched/damaged on the front (probably from shipping). We decided it wasn’t worth the hassle of trying to return it since it was such a large item. If we knew before unpacking it all we may have considered it. Other than the scratch, we are overall very pleased with the look and quality for the price! ... show more

Bought this and was honestly a little leery about it considering all the bad reviews that people gave stating how they received it and some of the pieces were scratched, nicked, or damaged. Maybe we were just lucky, but ours was fine. It was actually packed very well. So if there is any damage it obviously comes from the factory like that. One piece had an edge that had tiny nick in it, but nothing you’d see once put together. It went together fairly easily with two people. Seems pretty solid. We bought the “antique blue” one. It’s actually a dark tealish color. Exactly what we figured so we like it. It looks really nice. The picture we uploaded does it no justice. Electric fire place works well and looks nice. Doesn’t look cheap and totally fake. It has lots of nice settings as far as flame speed, brightness of flames, and temp controls. Overall a great piece of furniture. Exactly what we were looking for.     • Terrible product
Do not purchase this item. I took my chances after reading the reviews. I should have listened to my first instinct not to purchase. It has tribune a nightmare. The product was damaged slightly upon arrival. Since I was using it in the closet to store shoes and lingerie, I decided the imperfection was not a deal breaker. However, as we continued putting the product together we noticed how unstable it is. It is wobbly and I would be afraid to use the fireplace insert on this product. It is not real wood and I would be concerned about it being a fire hazard. When we got to the end and had to secure the final 2 doors, which were the inner doors- they did not fit at all. There was a gap of space about 2 inches long that prevented the insertion pins from contacting the base unit. Just terrible!!! At this point I decided enough was enough and did not want to keep the product. I contacted VinVentures, the company and they said I needed to take pictures and send to them so they can replace any missing or malfunctioning parts. I expressed my sheer dissatisfaction with the product and told them I did not want replacements- just my money back. Their automated system is annoying and when I called the number provided I was on hold for more than 15 minutes and no one ever answered the call. I left an email message that I was not taking the product back out of the box to take pictures since my husband had already packed it up and I did not want to risk damaging it more and being blamed for that. After several emails back and forth and a complaint to Amazon, the company agreed to take the return. The box is heavy and my husband and I attempted to take it to UPS to return since we had to pay for shipping. The company only sent a return label that was not postage paid. UPS informed us it would cost $400-500 to ship it back. This is ridiculous and we were not willing to pay this huge amount to ship it back. I asked the company to send a postage paid label. They refused and kept telling me to just send it back -again all they automated emails- you can never speak to a person. I paid over $400 for a product that is worth nothing. I am out of my money and the piece of junk is just taking up space in my garage. I completely understand that sometimes we encounter problems with purchases products, but this one was over the top. The lack of quality of the product, lack of customer loyalty to its customers, and lack of company response is totally unacceptable. These types of products does not meet the standard that I thought Amazon held its third party companies to. I will NEVER purchase a large scale item like this from Amazon or third party sellers again. I will stick to small item orders. If you took the time to read this review- save yourself a headache- do not purchase this product if you are expecting quality. ... show more

Actual size is 15" x 31" x 60". The depth is actually only 14", the top measures 15" & overhangs the sides. The knobs for the drawers pull right out- will need to replace them. Assembly took awhile but all parts were in the box. Box was badly damaged but the product was well packed and protected. It is pretty and will serve the purpose for which we purchased it. We love our Fireplace TV Stand!! We purchased this in March, and since we live in Florida, we haven’t used the fireplace portion yet. Even to have just the flames going doesn’t entice us right now, but cooler temperatures aren’t too far off and this will be wonderful to have. The assembly design is very unique from every other piece of put-together furniture. It is definitely best handled by 2 people. I watched a YouTube video before we started. Once assembled, the fireplace slides easily into the back of the unit-that was the easiest part. It was well worth the effort and we like the quality and looks of this better than any high dollar units we’ve seen in furniture stores. It’s very heavy and sturdy. It didn’t have the remote control and I reached out to the seller via Amazon who shipped us one very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service. ... show more
