I don't know if my B-12 levels have improved but I wanted to review this now because I truly appreciate that while it dissolves in your mouth, there is no gross chalky taste after the fact. Yes, there is a bit of grainy residue but it's not so bad that it makes me sick. It is a relatively small pill and dissolves quickly. I will update my review if my 30-day bloodwork doesn't show improvement but for now, I recommend because of the things mentioned above. ... show more

These are easy to take and taste pretty good. They gave me almost too much energy to the point I'm not tired at bedtime and can't sleep. If your looking for an energy boost, try these. I also think they helped improve my mood. Great product. Love all of the ez melt supplements!
