I have been taking these for a year and a half now because they were the vitamin brand being sold at my Wellness Clinic. They have since changed their carried brands but I stuck with this buying it on Amazon because I have no issues taking it and I had experienced issues taking other brands in the past. They literally melt in your mouth or can be easily swallowed without issue. The size is small and the taste reminds me of berries, but pleasant sweet, not tart. I have noticed a huge change in my energy level, as well as, the health of my skin, hair, and nails too. I would definitely recommend to women over 40+and the price point is very reasonable for the amount you get as well and sometimes Amazon puts them on flash sale so look for the savings, which for me is usually right around refill time!
