There were a few things that were a little bit of a surprise for me when this arrived, nothing bad per se, just not quite what I expected: - The color I ordered (Phalaenopsis) looked like a purply-pink on screen, but it's actually straight up a medium pink. It's still a pretty color but it doesn't lean blue/cool toned at all. - From the photos, I thought the bottom was a side-slit, open/loose (i.e. free flowing) high/low style, but it's not. There is a band, albeit divided, that runs around the bottom of the sweatshirt, with no side slit. Let me try to describe it better: The 3" (ish) band runs along the back, which is lower than the front, and wraps around the sides towards the front for a bit. In the front, the band is 3" higher than the band that runs along the back/side. So the bottom corners of the band in the front meet the top corners of the band that runs along the back/sides. Gah this is hard to describe. Anyway, my point being, there's a band at the bottom. Which makes the sweatshirt a bit snug on the bottom - not tight at all, fits just fine and isn't uncomfortable, but I was expecting free-flowing at the bottom, which it is not. - This is neither traditional sweatshirt material nor a traditional sweatshirt style. (I mean, I knew this when I ordered but it's still less "sweatshirty" than I had anticipated). Overall, this is very comfortable, slightly oversized (by design), and true to size (I ordered my usual size and wouldn't want to go up or down). And despite some surprises, I'm happy with this.

I like this a lot more than I expected! It's perfectly oversized in a really cute way. It has the sort of put-together-disheveled look of an inside-out sweatshirt, but with a lot of great details. The henley buttons add some visual flair and make the neckline customizable. The seams around the panels add some visual interest as well, preventing it from looking like just a big block of color. Interestingly, the bottom hem is also higher up in the front--not curved, not split, it just shifts up higher in the front as can be seen in the product video. I think it looks cool and unique. The sweatshirt is also pretty warm but is light enough to wear during fall or spring too. I really like this sweatshirt, it exceeded my expectations, and I'd recommend it for sure.

This is one of those shirts that feels like your wearing comfy jammies, but you could wear anywhere. It super soft and slightly thick. The size was right on. I got the blue and love the color. It washes up well. Great for the fall.

This sweater is really comfortable. The fit is nice, the chart is pretty accurate for sizing. I was unsure of it when I first saw it but it fit just right without being to baggy in places. I love the color and feel of the fabric. It's a nice in-between season sweater. It's not too thin but not too heavy either. Though, something to keep in mind is that this pilled after a couple of uses. It's minimal and it doesn't bother me, I barely noticed it.
