I saw the reviews, the cammo color and bought it. Once it arrived, I realized it wasn't Coast Guard Approved and I couldn't return it. So, I gave it a test-drive. The Pros: It's easy to use. It inflated quickly and provides plenty of floation. It has an attached whistle. The Cons: Initially, the neck didn't inflate, restricted by the velcro but it popped out after a couple minutes. The whistle is very hidden. Note: some of the instructions mention "automatic inflation", but this version is manual. When it wasn't USCG approved I was disappointed and Customer Service offered to authorize a return. Instead I gave it a test and - it worked well enough to count on it in an emergency. It will do the job. I subtracted one star because I have to buy a different PFD to use on the boat to meet CG regs. ... show more

I bought this for my father who had a heart attack and can’t move his arm, he felt much safer wearing this while on the boat knowing if anything happened, he had this device to keep him safe.
