I have a good helmet for my road bike but it has a mirror permanently attached on the left side. I find that it sometimes catches branches, when I am on my MTB bike. I have purchased some other extremus products (cooler, travel mug, ski bag and sunglasses) and the quality has been great. So I ordered this and it did not disappoint. Comfortable, easy to adjust, removable sun visor and a great price point. Would buy again.

It was important to me to have a hard brim, because as a first responder I've seen how a hard brim can help protect the nose in a crash. I like that it has that feature and is comfortable.

Short and sweet review. In the picture the new helmet to the left and the old helmet to the right. As the old one had plenty of use but never felt just quite right so in came this new one. Initial reactions are good, it's sturdy, comfortable, and the little light is a nice touch. Not had a solid ride to govern it's feel after a hour or so. Things can feel different once your out and about but I'm hopeful. Color option matched up well with my bike. All in all as it was caught on sale for 40 bucks and arrived pronto so that's a win no doubt.

I haven't had a chance, thankfully, to see if it prevents major head injuries. But I know it's sturdy and seems to be well padded. The light on the back is great. Fits my head well. I have a tiny head for an adult and it is snug. Very comfortable

I paid $30, and am perfectly satisfied, it's nicer than the department store helmets in the same price range, I looked at those first and was just going to buy one the next time I needed groceries, and figured I may as well check on Amazon.

I really like this bike helmet because it is more comfortable than the several other helmets I tried. The bright yellow green stands out and makes you visible to other bikers. I’ve had a lot of compliments on this helmet. The flashing light on the back of the helmet is a nice safety feature.

No matter what I do with the straps, it keeps falling forward. It's so annoying. I had to take of the front visor part because it kept blocking my view.
