After a less-than-ideal experience with a similar product from a different brand, I decided to give the eXtremeRate Gold Glossy Faceplate Shell for the PS5 controller a try, and I am pleased to say that it exceeded my expectations in terms of fit and quality. One of the standout features of this faceplate shell is its perfect fit. Unlike my previous purchase, which left much to be desired in terms of compatibility, the eXtremeRate faceplate shell fit my PS5 controller like a glove. The installation process was straightforward, and the shell added a touch of style and personalization to my controller without compromising functionality. However, there was one minor downside to my experience with this product. The package included additional rings designed to fit into the joysticks, which I personally did not find necessary. While this was a small inconvenience, it did not significantly detract from the overall positive impression I had of the faceplate shell. In conclusion, the eXtremeRate Gold Glossy Faceplate Shell for the PS5 controller delivers on its promise of a perfect fit and quality construction. Really made my controller pop for only $9. The old part snaps out with included tool and new part snaps in. Takes about 20 seconds. Yeah, it's good. I got my earth key caps on Amazon also if ya like them. The pink bands are vape bands that help with my grip. Same for the gamer grip tape. -Overwatch and Marvel Rivals gamer.
