I like all of the optional pockets. There is nothing about this little Gem that I do not like. The slide fasteners are solid and won't break easily. The material is stitched properly throughout. And the resiliancency is profound. ( Can handle 2 two liters, snacks, Tools, and most personal items with great ease. I Love this bag. And I enjoy using it daily. 👍👍

We were going on a missions trip and needed a backpack that would hold a lot. This backpack fit the bill perfectly. The straps are padded, and they don't dig into your neck. We love the "hidden" pocket for wallets and passports. The pocket is on the back of the backpack which means it is up against your back when you are wearing it. This pocket is designed to truly hide whatever is inside. You can't feel if there is anything inside the pocket by just running your hand over the outside of the pocket.

Quality is good. I put a lot of strain on my backpacks and it is holding up well. The size doesn't seem to match what was listed, though to be fair it still holds a good quantity of items. Straps are well padded. Comfort level is definitely good for the money. A little warm for summer use, yet still not uncomfortable. It all depends on what you want to use it for. It can hold heavy objects (20 to 30lbs) easily. I forgot how many liters they advertised, but falls into about 35-40 liter range. Good zippers. Lots of pockets.

I use this backpack for school. I actually like that it doesn’t come with its own power brick (source of power for the external USB plug) because I bought a very large, very powerful power source with even more options to power more people at the same time. It was super helpful to have the option to save the day for so many people at once. I was lucky that the compartment for it is stretchy and mesh so it just fits with a little maneuvering! I love that the bag is soft even though it’s waterproof- which I haven’t tested but I trust. The fact that it holds not only my 17” MacBook Pro but also the case it goes it in is great. And, I still have room if years from now I need a larger/different laptop. I don’t need the laptop case but I bought it before the backpack and it’s so cute that I have to use it even though the laptop area has extra padding to protect it. Also, the fact that compartment opens all the way flat will be a bonus come traveling time. The only negative I have is that I wish the storage area for the power brick that attaches to the bag’s external USB port was in that same compartment as the laptop so that when I do travel I won’t have to take that out for the TSA to see. I hope that the waterproof feature of the bag overall isn’t weakened by ironing patches to the backpack. My mother passed away right after I purchased the backpack and I bought a bunch of patches that remind me of “our stuff”/times together. The key clip is nice with its quick clip/release. All of the pocket space is great even if you don’t use it all of the time. And the hidden pocket is helpful for a clean mask each time I’m going back to school. Overall LOVE this bag and the price I got it for was unbeatable. I don’t think I could have purchased a big Jansport, even on sale, for what I paid for this vastly superior backpack!!! My husband has a much more expensive bag he bought a few years ago that he was very proud of until he saw ALL that this bag can do. I might have to buy another for his birthday if my patches work out or they come out with colors. Color options would be great in general- but especially so we don’t grab the wrong one if I am nice enough to buy him one!!!

Got this for a13 year old. It's a lot roomier than i had expected. Son loves it. It holds his laptop, all his school books and supplies plus everything else a13 year old boy feels he NEEDS for a long day at school. With all that weight the straps are still holding up all that weight also

I bought this backpack so I could transport a PC as my carry-on personal item on a flight. It was big enough to fit my PC yet small enough to still fit underneath the seat in front of me. This was truly a life saver. I would not recommend flying with a PC (one of the most stressful things I've ever done haha) but thanks to this backpack it got done. This was also the most reasonably priced large backpack I could find by a long shot.
