The beginning of this year I got a new mattress. I got the latest model based on my prior one (no longer available) and this one is much deeper than the prior one. I used the same sheets on it as I'd been but found myself wrestling, literally, with the corners. Every single day I had to re-secure multiple corners. The sheet set was great for a 14" mattress and maybe some 15's. Measuring my mattress it showed @16". So I purchased a different mfg set of sheets for deep-pocket and 16" mattresses. It was great until I washed the set. They shrank so I was back to wrestling to get the fitted sheet on. I'd seen this set when doing my research and gave it a chance (a 'used' set was available so I figured I could take a chance). I washed them FIRST and they fit perfect (that was 2 weeks ago). I washed them again, today, and they did not shrink (at least I couldn't tell) and fit so great. While it's deeper than my mattress, it fits really good and it's comforting to have excess to tuck in. A bonus is the top sheet is also longer and wider so it covers the bed MUCH better than the prior ones. Con: Just one. Prepare to have your lint trap FILLED with....stuff. I'm not sure what to call it since it's lint, but "chunky"! I was hoping it'd be reduced the second wash but it wasn't. So please clean that lint trap EVERY time you dry these. I had to run my dryer twice to get all the sheets (and protective cover) dried. I WILL be buying these again. ... show more

Got a few sets of these for our new bed, and to replace the old set of the same sheets I'd gotten a couple of years ago. As with the initial purchase, these new ones are surprisingly soft and comfortable without being too expensive. We did have an issue with pilling on the old set, but that didn't set in for a good long while, and the pilling likely was the result of trying to stretch the sheets past their ideal life span with no replacements to rotate in (we were on a budget, don't judge) rather than any fault of the fabric or manufacturing. So far, we're really happy with the new ones, and we'll see if they hold up even longer now that we have a rotation going. ... show more

    • Get the best sleep ever - soft, stay cool, don't wrinkle or pill after washing, and stay on.

Prior to buying this set of sheets, I tried just the pillow cases. I had a more expensive set of Egyptian cotton sheets and pillow cases, but every night I had to flip the pillow because it was too warm even when the room was cool. I bought the pillow cases for both my husband and myself, and we both saw an immediate improvement in our Samsung watch sleep scores. The pillow cases were so soft and I no longer woke up during the night with my head being too warm. The sheets I had been using were supposed to be for thick mattresses, and fit at first. I have a 12 inch mattress, and after a few washings, these sheets wouldn't stay on one corner of the mattress. There was no way I could stretch it over all four corners. Since I was so happy with the pillow cases of this brand, I decided to buy the sheet set. As I normally do, I washed and dried the set before using them. The sheets are every bit as soft and comfortable as the pillow cases, and they were wrinkle free with absolutely no pilling after washing. Putting them on my 12 inch mattress was a breeze. They fit over all the corners and even tucked in on all sides. The sheets are every bit as soft and comfortable as the pillow cases I had bought previously. Since I put them on my bed when warm weather was coming, I put away some of the blankets and comforters I had on my bed for the winter. I found that these sheets, are not quite as warm as my previous heavier sheets. For me this is a good thing as I used to wake up in the night sweating with my PJ's stuck to me. When I pushed down the covers, I would be freezing because my PJ's were wet. Since my bedroom is usually cool, I put some of the blankets back on my bed, but now I don't wake up sweating. Now I can use my blankets without sweating and having to push them to the bottom of the bed during the night, and my sleep score, measured by my Samsung watch, is consistently 10 or more points higher than it was before using these sheets. If you tend to sleep warm, these sheets would be perfect for you. At this point, I very much prefer these sheets over the stiffer, heavier Egyptian cotton sheets that don't breath. I should also mention that I bought the burgundy color that is a true burgundy - not red. UPDATE 7/25/22: I have been using these sheets for almost 1 1/2 years, and they have been washed and dried multiple times. They still look and feel as good as the first time I used them. They have not pilled or shrunk, and still fit on my bed as well as they did when they were new. Although I bought the set for a double bed, the pillow cases are large enough to fit the queen sized pillows I have, and are long enough the enveloping flap on the ends of them is really not needed. I ignited some of the reviews and purchased these anyway. Best sheets I’ve ever bought. 2 yrs later , no pulling, still super soft and just all around amazing. Deff deep pockets which is what I wanted. We have a sleep number (and I hate their sheets) where you. An raise the head up and down on each side. These are so deep pocketed that we can still raise the heads up and down as we normally do and they stay . Highly recommend ... show more

The flat and fitted sheets are very generous in size. The fitted sheet has elastic all around while the flat sheet has plenty to tuck. The material is so soft. I am a stickler for a well-made bed and these sheets are great.

After purchasing a new Posturepedic mattress and adding a 3” Tempur-Pedic mattress topper, our regular King fitted sheets kept coming off at the corners. The new mattress and topper are super comfortable, and my wife and I are sleeping more soundly than ever, but each morning having to make the bed and trying to get the King fitted sheet back on or keeping it on was becoming very frustrating until we purchased our brand new, extra deep pocket sheets ... they work just as promised. They also came in many fun, bright bold colors, so we went with the Teal Aqua Blue, bright yellow, and believe it or not the hot pink and with a White bedspread, all three colors really pop. At the price we paid for a set, we had concerns about the quality, but we’re very happy, and saved a lot of money, a small compromise, we love the new sheets.
