So I like this thing alright but the lid is not what it looks like in the pictures, it’s just a thin plastic sheet with elastic in it, the one they show in the pictures looks more substantial. The description says that it fits someone that is 6 ft 7 inches tall but I feel that is an exaggeration as I am a 6 ft 4 big guy that can’t submerge into the ice bath fully without twisting myself into a pretzel. If your a big man choose another tub.

Ice baths help relieve sore muscles. Scientists aren't sure exactly how it works. But less inflammation and slower nerve signaling could mean less pain. Easy to set-up. The rim is inflatable and ripped during second use. If the rim didn’t rip so easy, would not have anything bad to say about it. Make sure it’s on level ground and might want to throw a tarp or something under it to prevent ripping in other areas.

Very easy to install and I had the whole thing put together and filled within half an hour! It’s an excellent size and yet doesn’t look too big or out of place in the garden. This product is amazing. I bought a similar ice bath and it was cheap Chinese crap. This was really built to a high standard the water remained cold in Las Vegas where I live for hours even though it was 108 outside. Definitely recommend as the best way to get a plunge. I started cold plunging and it has amazing effects but this is much better than using my bath tub. I like to plunge outside as it’s less messy and much more fun.
