It came wrapped in saran wrap, and it STUNK. The scent was so strong, even blowing a fan on it for a day with the windows open wouldn’t remove it. It also came scratched, and the majority of the plastic wrap is stuck in the air holes. Returned it almost immediately. The zipper was also pretty hard to close, not sure if it was just user error. Outer plastic that covers the dome is stitched in the edges/ doesn't come off completely, It has a factory/ chemical smell, zippers are tough and once unzipped and expanded the expanded part just flips inward. Pro part is my kitten seems to like it, the straps are cushioned and its comfortable.

My cat Karra goes to work with me and pretty much everywhere Else she’s never had a carrier so in the car she just does what she wants lately she’s been pretty crazy so I bought this for her and I loved it as did she the only thing that I don’t like is if you go against a wall or bump up against some thing on the plastic it’ll show a mark or a scratch which I understand is plastic but that’s the only downside to this product also the straps come undone quite frequently so I had to Hot glue them together ... show more
