    • This set does more than you think it will but you need to know what you're doing

The versatility of this set is both its best and worst feature. Since it can do SO MUCH and be used for SO MANY EXERCISES, the nature of it is such that you essentially have to put together your band for each exercise you want to do. The handles are removable and the set only comes with one set of handles, so if you need to switch from 20 lbs of resistance to 10lbs, you have to stop, detach the handles, etc. I find this slightly annoying but I also see the benefit of it because the set is very compact and easy to take on travel. I also love that the bands are stackable (you can add the 25 lb and 10 lb bands together on the same handle and get 35 lbs of resistance). It also comes with several adapter type things to help with exercises where you need resistance from a door, etc. It took me a while to realize too that you can loop the bands around a couple times and hook the ends together to do the exercises that are designed for the wider/shorter bands. Overall, I would purchase again and I'm satisfied, but you do need to know how to use these well to be efficient with them because of all the switching. I love these! Wish I didn’t waste so much money on gyms and time feeling like I was getting out of shape. Love that I can do so many exercises with so little effort. And if they stop working, they’re affordable that I can easily replace them.

You can actually use these in the gym or at home. I’ve used them outside in my back yard, in my living area, and more. Also there are so many different exercises you can do with these, possibilities are endless. If you’re looking for a good workout- buy these now!! You won’t regret it.

    • Great Variation of Equipment Sizes/Good Value
I purchased this product due to normal wear of tear of my older bands. I use them for my recovery after surgery to increase my strength. These are tube style bands that come with handles. The handles are attachable by a carabiner (metal clip). The tubes are made of a natural rubber according to manufacture. They are slightly thicker than some that I have used so should last longer depending on the amount they are used. They are different lengths (Though not mentioned anywhere in the descriptions). The black band is 46 inches long (end to end), grey is 45 inches, lavender, green and pink are 43 inches at the point of connection. The reason tells us that the shorter bands take more resistance to overcome (highest poundage), plus the lower tube might be slightly thicker. If the length is too long for some, you can wrap them around your foot to shorten them. If you need to make them longer, you could use the ankle strap. Attach it to the band then to the handle by a carabiner( metal clip). The door anchor needs to be above the door jams, above the door or through the threshold. If you have tall doors, this might be a bit challenging as it is for me. I have to wedge on the non-jam side. Its a bit on the cheap side so I use one that I have from another set (never get rid of your stuff). It does slide, so I might wrap it with a towel to keep it in place. The handles are pretty comfortable and will work until they wear out; as with the type of foam that it is, it will wear. I am not using the ankle straps. They are a little uncomfortable for me. You could wrap them with something or order something different that would work, which is what I did. It was nice to have the nylon bag for easy storage. I think it was a good value. ... show more
