I had a heavy (and very expensive) quilt from Pottery Barn on my master bed. We found it too heavy to pull back and fold every night at the end of the bed. When summer arrived, I'd had enough and saw this. When it arrived I was very pleased. Looks very nice and is easy to make and unmake the bed. This is such a pretty quilt. I was very surprised at how thin it was although it does say lightweight. Everyone just needs to know that it is a thin lightweight quilt. I wanted to try a lightweight quilt for winter, good stitching, quick drying. I have dogs that shed on the bed. I wanted something easy to wash and quick to dry. This will work well for my needs. Good value yet cheap enough that I might get another brighter color to add some variety to the room.
