I am posting this review as I saw others asking questions. I emailed their customer service so I will update review once I hear back from them. Right now 3 stars because it got to me super fast and the sale price was great. The downside....1 earring is completely not acceptable based on the amazon listing and description. I purchased .6ct white gold studs (included card says 5/8ct). 1 is yellow and the other is not. I took a picture side by side and each against my wedding band that is VS2 clarity and color G (near colorless). I know what the price on my wedding ring was so in comparison the 1 earring I think is great, almost colorless and worth the price. The other earring is just not. Plus I’m not okay wearing an obvious looking yellow diamond in 1 ear while the other looks pretty as I expected. Hoping the The Diamond Channel can make this right so I don’t have to return completely. ... show more

They are not ASG certified ... I was given some preprinted card by an unverifiable source. The size is smaller than paid for, and the earrings had a tag made in China. All around, avoid this seller, I had no time to return and get a new gift, but had a professional look at them and was told they are clearly not what I paid for. ... show more
