Awesome but one scary flaw. I'll try to address what I think are the parts that most people are most interested in when looking for a trampoline. Setting up: this was super easy with the exception of the one major and scary flaw that I will mention at the end. Comes with the tool to stretch the springs. Even my 10 and 11 year olds could help. Weight limit: it says 398 pounds. I am 200+ and I've been jumping in this with about 175 pounds of kids on it too. No issues. I've also jumped hard and often on this and seems to hold up perfectly. Size: the 14 foot is a great size. Apparently a little bigger than most neighbors have but kids love the size. Ok now for the major and concerning flaw. The holes to screw the legs together do not line up. This is baffling as any decent manufacturer would have either a computer running the drilling, or at least have a template for humans to follow. There is NO way to get the holes to align so the best you can do is screw in one of the two screws in every other leg. I was able to force both screws in on every other leg and left one missing from all the others. This is a bit scary to me that they have such a large flaw in manufacturing something that can be extremely dangerous. So far it seems that the legs are not coming loose but I need to find a solution to be comfortable. Honestly this is not acceptable manufacturing and writing this makes me wonder if I'm doing the right thing by letting my kids on it. Having tested it very hard myself I have justified to myself not going through the huge hassle of taking it apart and rebidding and sending it back. 4 stars due to weight limit and ease on installation except the major flaw and that it seems to be working. Would easily be 5 stars without the issue but will be zero stars if anything happens.

First off, this takes a significant amount of work to put together. The instructions call for 3 able bodied adults to put it together. I had me, myself, and I show up to put this together. I am in excellent shape overall, but was nursing a hernia at the time that I was putting it together and didn't have any problems doing it myself AS LONG AS I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS!!! It took me about 4 hours from opening the boxes to jumping on the trampoline at night on XMas eve. If I followed the directions the first time and had help it probably wouldn't have taken more than 2 hours. With that out of the way, this is a fantastic trampoline! The build is strong, it doesn't bend or flex as the kids are jumping on it, or Mom and Dad for that matter. The springs give a significant amount of bounce to it as well. We have the 14' one that gives our kids plenty of space, really its too big though we could have done better with a 12' instead. A lot of the more inexpensive trampolines have a low weight maximum that is unrealistic. This one has a significant weight capacity so I have the peace of mind that at least the trampoline won't collapse when my kids are all on there together. Highly recommend this trampoline!

Update: Mat had issues, but customer service replied quickly and sent a replacement. Back up to 4 stars. Hopefully this jumping mat will last longer. Purchased last December as a present, was not set up until April of the following year since it was winter. Used until October, and it seemed like a fine product. Then, after around 5 1/2 months of usage we noticed that several of the mat springs were on the ground. Upon further inspection we noticed that the mat had been ripping where the springs connect to the mat. Have owned 3 previous trampolines and never had this problem with the reliability of the trampoline mat.

Put together in an hour and a half with me and my wife. This was my nephews 4th Birthday present and he loves it. We jump 3 or 4 times a day on weekends for 30 min or so at a time. Great overall purchase. We will see how long it lasts.

We have been very happy with this trampoline. I especially like that the safety net wraps around the spring cover and secures underneath the trampoline and the support bars for the net go all the way to the ground and clamp to the legs. This is a thoughtful and very safe design as far as trampolines are concerned. My sister bought a trampoline shortly after I did and her safety net supports do not extend to the ground and the net does not wrap around. Her children have gotten stuck between the net and the edge of the trampoline on several occasions.

I bought this trampoline for my grandchildren ages 12 and 5.So they could jump together. The weight on this trampoline is why I bought this one. I have seen pictures of my grandchildren jumping on trampoline and they seem to Love it. The trampoline is very nicely built, and I think we will get a lot of years out of this. Would recommend this item.

I love this trampoline set! I spent a lot of time researching all the different trampolines for sale and found many sites that recommended this one. I purchased the 14 ft size with a 350 lb capacity (I wanted to be able to jump on the trampoline with my 3 kids without having to worry that we would collapse it). The price was better than any of the others that have a higher maximum weight capacity. (I believe most of the affordable trampoline sets sold at Walmart only have a capacity of 220 lbs) It shipped in 3 boxes and everything seemed to be well packaged. The set up was extremely easy (it took around an hour with two people) It comes with a spring stretcher, the net, and a ladder which definitely makes it a good value. The zipper on the net looks pretty sturdy as well. All in all I am very happy with my purchase!

This trampoline arrived on time, but with a part missing. I contacted Exacme and they shipped the missing part which arrived a week later. 3 hours later, it is assembled, but the poles supporting the safety net do not fully connect. One actually fell in half when the jumping began. There is a notch on one pole that looks like it should slide into a groove on the other, but there is no groove. For the money that we spent, I was hoping for a lot more. :( Update: Net support poles continue to fall over. Everyone is disappointed.
