Bought the Adult "small" size for my 13 yro, 5'3", 120lb daughter for fastpitch softball. She took one to the elbow during an at-bat. She plays catcher so wanted to make sure her catching hand/arm stayed healthy incase she would be get beaned again. WATCH the video instructions BEFORE opening the item. We followed the setup to form around her arm. It was just that easy. She feels much better/confident knowing she is protected, and it doesn't hinder her swing. Essentially it's a custom fit guard FOR HER at a reasonable price. (Chose the navy color because it was a better deal than the other colors). As a parent this was a no brainer item.
