    • Faulty replacement
I ordered this item in October to have a ribbon on hand when I run out. I do this often. I make badges daily & like to keep one on hand just in case I run out. This ribbon came Oct. 11 & I replaced the old one on Nov. 12. This is the first time I have ever had issues like this with the ribbon just pulling apart while the printer is making a badge. Then the badge gets stuck in the machine & it's a whole process. There's no option to return the item for a replacement because it was 31 days after I purchased this product. Just looking for a new replacement at no cost due to taping the ribbon back together & getting less than half of the normal badges printed using 1 cartridge. ... show more
