As long as you don't bend over while carrying it after the ice has melted, it won't leak. I bought for diabetic supplies and snacks at sporting events and it works well. This is a perfect bag for going on hikes, hanging out at the park, watching a ball game, heading to the lake, and countless other things. This bag is perfect for when you only need enoughdrinks for a few people and you do not want to lug a large ice chest around. Thank you for making things right. We enjoy our backpack. *******************************Used it twice since I've gotten it and it leaks. As the ice melts water leaked from the bottom corner. I pack mine with ice and drinks. it doesn't leak on the bottom, but it may sweat a tad if you leave the melted ice water in it for over a 12 hours on a blazing hot day. but it's very minimal at most. the zipper section will leak if you tip it over, because hey, zippers aren't leak proof. I wish the shoulder straps were adjustable at the top portion for a better fit when the cooler is full. I've purchased four already. ... show more
