Assembly is pretty straight forward following the manual. It comes with all the tools needed which is very good to have. This scooter looks cool and works pretty well made. It is kinda heavy it means it is sturdy. (crossfinger) Easy to assemble, recommend to charge it for several hours before using it. we bought this scooter for its sturdier frame ( 264 lbs load capacity and smoother ride. Super fast shipping, I received next day. So far it’s a pretty good scooter but I can only get it up to 16 when it goes 19mph and I’m only 150lbs. So I’m a bit disappointed in that it’s a comfortable ride. Easy to assemble. Be careful of the steering!!!!! It steers left more than it steers right! I needed a means of transportation for commuting, specially short rang use , after doing a lot of research I chose this electric scooter with a seat. After about a month of riding, I am very satisfied with its performance. Let me talk about my experience. This is a heavy duty electric scooter, equipped with a 500-watt electric motor, which is always full of power when driving, even on long slopes. It should be considered a full size. The frame is obviously thicker than ordinary products and the space is larger. It is completely suitable for me to install a child seat. Moreover, the 14-inch pneumatic tires greatly enhance the riding experience. The control panel is easy to operate, and the mileage and remaining power can be clearly seen at a glance. At the same time, the front and rear lights can be controlled and switched on, which increases the safety of riding at night. The seat design can make riding more comfortable, reduce fatigue, and control the vehicle more smoothly. The basket at the back of the car is also very useful, not only for placing purchased items, but also for storing safety helmets. For my one-way commute of 8 miles, the 25-mile range of this electric scooter is more than enough. I can charge it after returning home every day without worrying about the embarrassing situation of running out of power on the way. If I must give some advice, it would be that equipped with an electronic lock, this electric scooter will be upgraded and more professional. **Edit : I haven't had this two weeks and the rear tire has gone completely flat, In the description itself it says you don't have to worry about a flat tire because of it's thickness but now the tube holds no air. There are no visible punctures or holes and it was driven on smooth streets not off road and only used a few times **** I got this really hoping it would help me be able to commute to a job that's only 6 miles away and back but unfortunately it did not work. I wanted to give it a test run before hand and I'm glad I did. It runs smoothly but it died completely at mile 8. Also if you are bigger than a child but still under the 264lbs weight limit it doesn't go any faster than 10-15 mph. Also I went to open the lid of the basket and the welded loop thing that keeps it hinged on broke right off. I'd say if you are not a small person or a child and you want to travel more than 5 miles this is not the bike for you. It's also more of a bike than a scooter and it heavy. Needed a replacement charger that support sent me quickly. After powering on, took me a awhile to figure out that the throttle was on the left handlebar next to the palm rest, and you'll need to turn it away from yourself at the same time your pushing off with your feet.
