I highly recommend this product for its very high quality and for the exceptional customer service from the retail store and the manufacturer. This wagon is very well designed and seems very sturdy. The assembly instructions are detailed and very easy to follow. The wagon is fairly light weight for how sturdy the wagon is, and it’s relatively easy to fold and pack into the carrying case for transport or storage. It was a lot of fun to use the wagon at a mall on a rainy day with my one-yr-old grandson. The mall and the wagon were brand new experiences for him, and he was very happy traveling around and looking at all the new sights from the wagon. I found it very easy to maneuver in crowded areas. It was also fairly easy to buckle him in and lift him out. He enjoyed exploring the wagon by cruising around it from the outside, which felt very safe when the wheels were locked. The instructions for folding the wagon were missing an important step that caused me to damage the first wagon I received, and when I wrote to the retail store about the problem, they asked for my receipt and then promptly forwarded my email to the manufacturer in China, who promptly corrected the instruction manual, added a trouble shooting video to the product page, added an email explaining the more complete folding/unfolding instructions for customers placing new orders, and shipped a new wagon to me to replace the damaged wagon. This was among the most thoughtful, helpful and considerate customer service I’ve ever experienced.

This is truly an amazing wagon! Love that it folds up small. Easy to take anywhere and fits in the trunk of our smaller car. Easy to pop up to use and easy to clean! Well worth the money. The kids love riding in it wherever we go. It's made for two kids but we were able to fit a 2 year old, 4 year old, and 5 year old fairly comfortably in it during one adventure. We had a few wagons before this one and this one is hands down the best. I only wish I had found it sooner!

This wagon is TERRIBLE. If anyone left higher than 1 star then they must not have actually used it. The wheels don’t spin 360 and it drives crooked. (See photo) It’s actually a safety hazard and I thought my kids were going to flip over in it! Return window was 1 month and I missed it cause I thought we could deal with its problems. Not even worth $40 let alone hundreds! DO NOT BUY! Would love for customer service to reach out on how to return passed window. Terrible and unsafe product. We used it twice and I won’t be using it again. Should not be sold on Amazon! Someone will get hurt.

Here is your text with every instance of "stroller" changed to "wagon," while keeping the rest of your words exactly as you wrote them: spent a lot of time comparing different wagons after our old one was stolen out of our front yard. I even borrowed one of my friends wagons to test it out for doctors appointments with my kids in it. They have a wagon that looks almost identical to this that does not require you to disassemble the handle and pull out the bottom base and folds up in one easy motion, THIS IS NOT THAT WAGON. I was so shocked whenever we received this and realize it is a multi step procedure to get this in a vehicle. I am a mom of three with one severely medically complex child that’s in a wheelchair and then two other small children that normally ride in the wagon I was hoping for a durable easy to close wagon and this just isn’t it unfortunately, my kids smashed some banana in it so we couldn’t return it and now we are stuck with this thing that we do not love. Just make sure that you check that the wagon is like one hand closed and you don’t have to partially disassemble it to put it in your car.

Great purchase. Very easy to set up and break down. It is a smaller wagon, compared to some other, pricer, ones I've seen BUT thats deliberate because it truly does take up less space in the car and maneuvering through smaller aisles or spaces. We used this for a trip to NY (walking through the city and Central Park). It was perfect... And we used it in a department store as well. It's a good option if you want a space saving, simple, wagon.

After speaking with other moms on IG. It was a user error. There is a slot on the rear side that needs to connect to the wheels. My advice is to add this step in the instructions. The wagon is light weight and compact it fits behind my son’s car seat when my third row is up on my 4Runner. My 10 month old is very active and can’t sit long in a stroller. He has to ability to move around the wagon. Thanks everwagon for adding the push handle, easy maneuver and compact fold. This is the second time I’m returning an ever advanced wagon. I was stoked when they added a handle bar for pushing, but it kept swaying to the side. Unfortunately, returning it even tho it’s smooth and can easily store it in my truck when the third row is up.
