I highly recommend this product for its very high quality and for the exceptional customer service from the retail store and the manufacturer. This wagon is very well designed and seems very sturdy. The assembly instructions are detailed and very easy to follow. The wagon is fairly light weight for how sturdy the wagon is, and it’s relatively easy to fold and pack into the carrying case for transport or storage. It was a lot of fun to use the wagon at a mall on a rainy day with my one-yr-old grandson. The mall and the wagon were brand new experiences for him, and he was very happy traveling around and looking at all the new sights from the wagon. I found it very easy to maneuver in crowded areas. It was also fairly easy to buckle him in and lift him out. He enjoyed exploring the wagon by cruising around it from the outside, which felt very safe when the wheels were locked. The instructions for folding the wagon were missing an important step that caused me to damage the first wagon I received, and when I wrote to the retail store about the problem, they asked for my receipt and then promptly forwarded my email to the manufacturer in China, who promptly corrected the instruction manual, added a trouble shooting video to the product page, added an email explaining the more complete folding/unfolding instructions for customers placing new orders, and shipped a new wagon to me to replace the damaged wagon. This was among the most thoughtful, helpful and considerate customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Suits our purpose well. It's sturdy (3 year old is 40 lbs; his pediatritian says he's a viking child :-) and this wagon holds up well. The canopy and ability to push is a game changer. Rolls easily through most terrain; soft sand not so well; quite the workout for grandma. Other than that we use hooks and attach all kinds of stuff; buckets, lunch bags. Enough built in storage for 2 water bottles and smaller things like sunscreen and kleenex. Can even attach a small stool so he can get in/out on his own. All in all, good value for the price; we use it daily!

This is truly an amazing wagon! Love that it folds up small. Easy to take anywhere and fits in the trunk of our smaller car. Easy to pop up to use and easy to clean! Well worth the money. The kids love riding in it wherever we go. It's made for two kids but we were able to fit a 2 year old, 4 year old, and 5 year old fairly comfortably in it during one adventure. We had a few wagons before this one and this one is hands down the best. I only wish I had found it sooner!

Great purchase. Very easy to set up and break down. It is a smaller wagon, compared to some other, pricer, ones I've seen BUT thats deliberate because it truly does take up less space in the car and maneuvering through smaller aisles or spaces. We used this for a trip to NY (walking through the city and Central Park). It was perfect... And we used it in a department store as well. It's a good option if you want a space saving, simple, wagon.

We have a 2 year old wild man and live on Lake Huron this is perfect for putting a toddler in it carrying drinks for both kids and adults along with bringing beach supplies. Zero complaints was super easy to put together like 5 minutes and I took my time for once reading the instructions but could’ve actually put it together without instructions it’s just that easy. Frame is solid not wobbly, material feels thick and durable wheels are actually way bigger than expected and perfect for our long dirt driveway that has ruts in it. The OD green colors is cool and I’ll be taking kid in this a lot. My wife was happy with this color I purchased this without her permission but she is highly impressed and was expecting way more money on something this solid quality and storage everywhere on it.

This wagon is awful. The wagon, while pushing, has a tendency to veer to the left or right, not straight, especially if the road, trail, or sidewalk isn't level. Similar to crabbing. And with children in it, its even harder to keep the wagon straight.

It's pretty easy to put together and seems pretty sturdy I haven't been able to test it out yet, but when following the instructions to fold it up and put away it says to fold the handle down to "the not in use position" when I folded the handle down and tried to fold up the wagon it bent the handle popped it off the gear and bent the metal on the die of the handle and the pop rivets make it impossible to fix and now the push handle is broken and useless. The instruction should have said disconnect the handle and put it in the not in use position and the photo should have shown that but didnt.. Very disappointed it's broken before I ever got to even use it.
