Started out harder than it should have when frame wound not simply fit together. Seem like it will hold up for my 4 & 5 year old. Biggest issue is that the snap in piece on enclosure pole was broken. Found it at bottom of box. Without that piece the safety net can’t be held around the pole. Also one of the straps on the so called safety net broke. Basketball hoop doesn’t sit right in pole. CANT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE TO GET THE TWO REPLACEMENT PARTS. Do not want a whole new trampoline sent just to replace the two parts needed bc it comes in 3 big boxes and I don’t want to have to lug the heavy boxes to ups to return everything. If anyone knows who to contact for replacement parts please let me know. ... show more

We purchased this for our grands and so far, it is doing great! They have one of their own that the parents spent waaaaay more money on. I can tell theirs is sturdier and even the net is better made and attaches differently. But ours is great, especially since it isn't used every day. The swing set is good for our 2 year and 5-year-old grandsons. There were a couple minor errors in directions. My husband put the whole things together by himself until a couple friends showed up at last minute. He spent 5-6 hours on the trampoline alone. Then I helped him a bit with the swing set and we spent another 2 hours on a different day. Worth the buy. Will see how long it lasts... ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Packages were delivered in fair shape and timely. BUT I'm missing parts to lock the slide to the trampoline I'm extreamly upset it was literally the last two parts to assemble and they were missing. And I don't know how to get ahold of anyone to help me get them. For my 6 year old this was even more upsetting. The slide she asked me to install befor the net and the swing and I didn't then to find out the slide is useless. Pleas anyone who know how to help me get these parts please reach out. 🙏 other than that it seems like a really good product.. ... show more

Boxes arrived from UPS absolutely destroyed. Driver just threw them on the porch along with a couple of parts that had fallen out of the boxes. Surprised to only be missing a few springs, however the seller wanted me to send the entire trampoline back instead of just sending replacement parts.
