The media could not be loaded. This ladder really exceeded my expectations & we are happy with the purchase. I had expected the ladder to arrive in a larger package, but to my surprise, it folds into compact dimensions. Overall I am happy with the functionality. It has great build quality & these are not very heavy. I got this for various needs in the home when we need height for extra reach & it works great. It's sturdy and relatively light weight for the job it does. We also love that it does not take a lot of space and can be moved a bit everywhere quite easily. Recommended product. My 2 cents below: Pros: - Ladder works well & can hold a significant amount of weight - Extremely good build quality overall. Durable and should last for years - Folds into a 34inch ladder and is easy to store in the corner. I could fit it next to the dryer in the laundry area. While it can be expanded up to 12.5 feet when needed - Comes with 2 safety hooks for extra safety - Has a very good weight capacity of 330lbs - Ladder hold firmly on the floor without any wobble. Steps foot has a non-slip cover & great for that extra safety factor - Very easy to open/close and hence very usable - Safety lock is a nice feature in these & easy to use. When extending the steps, it even locks by itself - It is lightweight overall for such a category of products. My house has a tall fixed ladder in my garage and it is a hassle to get that out and put it back. I don’t want the trouble for some small tasks like adjusting my security cameras or changing batteries on my motion sensor lights on the top of my fences. I needed a ladder that I can carry around easily and this extension ladder serves the purpose. The telescopic ladder is heavier than I expected, but it is solidly built by thick aluminum. I like the design of it very much, I can extend it completely in less than 30 seconds and collapse it in less than 1 minute. Watch one of the helpful videos online, it is good to know that the ladder can be closed safely by pushing one tab first, and then hold on to the section and collapse it slowly while releasing the other tab. It is a lot safer than pushing both tabs and let the section slide down with force. It is not that tall, because I can’t climb all the way up to the top of this ladder like my traditional ladder due to safety warning on the ladder. I am 175 lbs and I feel some rattling when I am at 2/3 of the way up, so I don't think it can handle my weight if I climb higher than that. However, my fence is only 8-foot tall, so this 12.5 ft tall ladder is just enough for me. Some other negative is the locking mechanism is made of plastic, it may crack, deform or become brittle due to change of temperature, so it must be stored in indoor environment. I will update its true durability after a year of usage, so far I am very satisfied with its performance and reliability. ... show more

Reviewing different collapsible ladders before purchasing this one I couldn’t be more pleased. I found this one with good specs and looked really solid, and just loved the small foot print to where it would take very little space in the garage and just had to give it a try. I got the 12.5 foot version. Easy to extend and collapse, very sturdy and stable. Wanted it for my RV but I also use it now for the house when working along the walls or needing to get up on the roof. Out of the box, very easy to pull out of the box, for one, and easy to pick up and walk away too. The ladder telescopes easily, where each rung clicks into place and where I just love the diameter of the feet, where I really feel good when going up it. Feels solid when going up, no wobble and never leans too. I really like climbing on to the roof now, where my 8ft roof, I have 3 1/2 feet of ladder left to hang on to, just perfect. Did up pics, hope they help to show how awesome this ladder is. If storage space is at a premium for you and you need a ladder then this is the right solution. It's compact, light weight, and easy to operate. No cons, ladder works great, where I am very happy with the purchase. Looking back on my decision, I would buy it again. This is a very well made ladder. It is great on the space saving side and can be stored just about anywhere. Once extended it is very sturdy and strong. The material is definitely top notch and I don't know why anyone wouldn't be impressed. This telescoping ladder is a real gem, especially for someone like me who's always fixing things around the house and at work.
