I brought it to a local mechanic who only charged me a small fee for the manual labor (to install the headlights) compared to what the dealership service dept quoted. The dealership wanted to charge me $549 for each headlight and then charge me $400 for labor! No thank you! These headlights work fantastic and I am very happy with them. Always a little trepidation when it’s not an original part from KIA but they not only fit like a glove but were incredibly easy to install. My old headlights were cloudy on the inside which didn’t allow for a treatment remedy so theses are a major upgrade. Literally night and day. It’s only been a week so time will tell but it’s quite a relief for an old guy who doesn’t like night driving much these days but can deal with it, especially with nice bright headlights. Wow! I am blown away. This is the perfect facelift for a car that is getting up in years. My friends & family cannot get over how much better my 2011 looks too. They took about 30 minutes to install but you really should watch the you-tube video. Once the screws are out, it does take some finagling to get the old unit out and the second one goes much better. I can't believe how much better I can see at night now. The upgrade in safety alone is worth the money. UPDATE: It's been a few weeks now and the car still looks brand new. My son was in the car at night and noticed the clarity and brightness right away. Believe it or not, I get compliments on the look of and older model. I love these lights. ... show more

These were fairly easy to install once the original lights were removed. It's only been a few weeks but they definitely make the car look nicer and, once adjusted, make it much easier to see at night. Delivery was insanely fast, my only issue was the box opened on one end but, thankfully, nothing inside was touched. All in all I can do far recommend these to anyone looking at new assemblies and not wishing to pay manufacturer prices ... show more

This Kia has been something. But I'm stuck with it for now. Went to change the bulb, and saw that the fitting was corroded. Did a bit of research and it's, of course, yet another known problem. The best option is to completely replace the headlight assembly. Did some more research, and that will cost you $400-$500 PER SIDE at the dealer. Watched a YouTube video by DrDemp that explicitly and simply explained everything. We replaced both within a couple hours. They are now not only working, but so much brighter and seems like a wider field of vision at night. ... show more

Can’t speak to how easy they were to install since I had my mechanic install them when he was doing other work on my car.
