This is a beautiful sweater. Very soft, feminine, not too heavy and good length. I ordered the purple and it was gorgeous. Unfortunately, it was too big. The crochet detail is so pretty, but if you are self conscious about wide knit tops, this may not work for you. Or you may feel you need a cami underneath. While it didn't really bother me, I would definitely have not been able to wear anything extra underneath. I did return it, but plan to order a replacement. I am thinking perhaps black this time, since that would work with just a black bra underneath. I may even add a couple more to my wish list! ... show more

When I pulled this sweater out of the bag, I couldn't stop touching it. It's so soft! I had ordered a size down based on other reviews and it fit, but I might size up in other colors because I'm self conscious about my current weight. Lately I wear an XL in tops and am a 16 in pants, but I bought this sweater in a large. The color is a pretty, warm-white. Though it has small holes in the design, I found it not to be see-through when wearing a skin-toned bra. A cami would work, too. Also, it's one of the few light colored tops I've found that doesn't show dark pants underneath. The length is perfect. I'm 5'7" and it hits me at about mid-hip. The sleeve length was good, too. I haven't washed it yet, so I can't speak to its longevity, but I plan on putting it in a lingerie bag on the delicate cycle and letting it dry flat. The only reason I knocked off a star was because there were two areas where the stitching was bad. One spot (top of shoulder seam) won't be as noticeable if I wear my hair down. Unfortunately, the other is along the neckline and really shows. However, I love this sweater so much that I'll just try to fix the stitching myself. I'm looking forward to getting more colors and hoping the quality control is a little better next time. ... show more

I definitely need to wear a cami under this sweater, but it’s the perfect thickness and very soft! I’ve washed and machine dried on low heat with no issues. I love the gray. Looks great with everything. I do a French tuck to minimize the boxiness on me.

This sweater is very soft and comfortable. I bought it in a medium after reading other reviews and I am glad I did. I like that it isn't really long and sits right at my hips. The blue color is beautiful. I wore a black bra underneath and although you can see the black through the holes in the pattern, it does not appear unflattering or offensive. I would buy it again in another color. Maybe a wine or rust color next. ... show more

I loved this sweater. It's thin, soft and flattering - not bulky. BUT the seams started to come apart and fray after 2 or 3 gentle cycle washings. Bummer.

This sweater is thin ( as advertised & what I wanted) and extremely soft. It feels like cashmere. I ordered the “ruby” color, and was expecting a solid color. It is not a solid color, it is a raspberry & black marled mix. The little crochet holes definitely show skin underneath, I will wear a black bra or tank under it. I am 5’5”, 200 lbs & a 40C. I would normally order an XL in a sweater, but I ordered a L because other reviewers said it’s oversized/runs big. The size L fits me perfectly! Not too big & not too tight, it’s just right. I am also short waisted & this sweater is just the right length. It ends mid- hip on me & does not totally cover my bottom. I just got it, so I haven’t washed it yet, but so far I am very happy with this purchase & would recommend it. ... show more

I noticed the same day, on my first wearing, it started to pill and the fabric started to become worn looking. After the first dry clean it was game over. I only wear it to bed now. It's really soft but not worth a dime.
