This stuff is GOLD! I had a terrible flare up with my eczema for about three weeks. Dry, patchy, discolored and rough skin that was itching so much at night. I would wake up multiple times in the middle of the night to scratch my arms and chest. I first used this as a body wash which I didn’t feel was right for me as it retain the moisture as much. I switched to using it as a cream twice a day, once in the morning and once after showering. In about 4 days, the rough patches cleared and my skin became veryyy smooth. This was recommended to me, and I completely understand why it’s incredibly hydrating and leaves my skin feeling clean and soothed. I have excema on my hands, and bought this as a hand wash. Learned too late that this does NOT have soap so it will not work as a wash for your hands after using the toilet. No ability to disinfect like soap.

The product came in good condition. The problem was in the delivery. The driver delivered on time about 8:40am. But the package was not placed, but was tossed on the porch and it made a loud thump that woke us up. So the product could have gotten damaged. I watched the driver walk away .
