This is my holy grail moisterizer for my extremely sensitive, type 2 rosacea face. If you have rosacea then you know how frustrating it is to try to find a moisterizer that works for you, getting your hopes up for a new product to be "the one", only for it to be a waste of money and make a mess of your face. I had reached the point where I could only use plain body lotions because anything intended for the face had ingredients that irritated me. The downside was that they were always so occlusive that they would cause cogged pores. I'm so happy to have given this moiserizer a chance because i don't have to choose between irritation and clogged pores anymore. It's creamy but not heavy, doesn't cause a single bit of burn on the most sensitive parts of my face, leaves skin feeling very smooth and supple but not sticky, and doesn't give me spots or make existing breakouts any worse.

I no joke use the Soon Jung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream almost every night as the final step in my skincare routine. After toner, essence, serums, and eye cream, this goes on last, and it’s the perfect finishing touch. The texture is spot on: not too thick, not too light, and never leaves my face feeling heavy or greasy. It just melts in and locks everything in place. I wake up with glowing, calm skin every time I use it. If I see red bumps or feel a breakout coming on (especially around PMS), I’ll apply a retinol cream and then layer this on top and by morning, the redness is gone and bumps have completely calmed down. It really does act like a 2x barrier and helps my skin recover overnight. This cream has become a non-negotiable in my routine. Highly recommend adding it to yours! You won’t regret it!

I use tretinoin and was looking for a non comedogenic moisturizer that is soothing and helps keep the skin barrier intact which this does it all. I see why it’s so well loved. It’s hydrating, not too thick, there’s really no scent, and once absorbed into the skin it’s not sticky which I always look for in a product. I really appreciate the way it dispenses by the turn of the lid and to be able to close it easily, very hygienic and well preserved. I got it when it was on sale but even when it’s not, it’s an affordable great moisturizer!!❤️

I have been using this SoonJung Intensive Cream, and I really love it! My skin is usually very dry, but this cream keeps it soft, healthy, and well-hydrated. After using it, my face looks fresh and moisturized, and I no longer have to deal with dry or flaky skin. I also have sensitive skin, but this cream works perfectly without causing any irritation or allergies. It feels very gentle and soothing. Overall, I’m really happy with how well it works, and I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family!

I have very sensitive, ultra dry skin with Rosacea. I have been using ETUDE house 2x barrier intensive repair cream at night for about two weeks now , it has completely changed my skin. Texture is so smooth, pores smaller, redness and irritation has healed. It leaves my skin extremely hydrated without being greasy of feeling heavy. It actually is very soothing. Actually a few nights ago I have tried a new very expensive designer moisturizer which caused me to have a reaction. Few minutes after applying I was breaking out in a rash. I immediately washed it off and applied this soon jung barrier cream and it immediately calmed my skin. I love this cream. It’s amazing and the price is fantastic for how good this stuff is. I will be buying extra to have on hand. Update: I have in fact bought more bottles to have on hand. I saw that are refreshing the packaging design. I’m kinda bummed about that as I like the innovative locking cap. When I first got the product it did take me a second to figure it out but it is rather simple and inventive design. You simply give a slight counter clockwise twist to the top. It unlocks the top and you can flip open. I like the ring dispenser too. To close you flip down the lid but not all the way. Twist the cap back and push down the lid to complete the lock. I love it. It is prefect if you have this stored in a travel bag. There is no risk of accidental leaks and loss of product. Once I saw the packaging change I immediately bought more of the older designs to have on hand. I have also purchased several other products from this brand I am trying out. Including sunscreen, toner, essence balm, eyelash serum. So far I am very impressed with everything. My skin has never been so plum and refreshed. I have tried almost every brand from la roche posey, Thomas Peter Roth, naturium, avene, the ordinary and sooo many more. I think I found my go to skincare line. I hope they come out with a body care line. I will be buying it all!

One of the only things I consistently repurchase, I have terribly dry and sensitive skin and with harsh winters I usually have to slather lotion and aquaphor on my face to keep from peeling and feeling miserable every day. This changed my skin during winter! Using this as needed throughout the day I basically got rid of 90% of dry peeling and following it up with a little aquaphor is unbeatable!! Doesn’t feel sticky and is light and moisturizing while healing your skins barrier.
