i wanna be completely fair here cause for $25 its not a complete loss. But for $25 idk i expected to at least get what I was being advertised and i just don't think i am if I'm being honest here. Lets go through what amazon asks you to give stars to first. -Easy to Use- it has an on/off button. if you can read my review of said product, congratulations, it should be easy enough for you to use. However it did lose 1 star as the device the remote is on interferes with the signal to my LED lights and they were here first so how dare the defuser not know that and it itself to my exact liking. Not a huge problem but still a little annoying. -Value for Money- Value for the money. Ugh. I mean maybe? Here's the thing, i don't know if i got a defective one or not and honestly going through the interweb tag to find out if its broken or just shit isnt really on my list of things to do over $25. At the end of the day it does what its supposed to. It works with oils and gives off the scent your little heart chooses when you violently shake your calming oil into the tiny little basin. But, and here's where it gets tricky, i did pay the $25 thinking i was getting a bunch of features. the light. the light works. though the options do seem to change on their own depending on what you push on the remote. including buttons that are not marked for lighting but timing instead. It doesnt seem intentional but maybe it is. idk. i didnt read the manual. imagine doing such a weird thing. the timer. its a timer. as far as i can tell. it works. it turns off. i however have never timed the timer to gauge the accuracy pf the timer. maybe i will, idk ALL THE OTHER BUTTONS intermittent- it works when it wants to. i have no freakin clue. i like it being continuous switching back and forth was a headache. i was trying the buttons and it got stuck on the intermitten for quite some time. it was almost as if the continuous button wasnt working on the remote. Continuous- read that part ^ Big/Small- Changes literally nothing from the remote. oh also the buttons on the machine itself are a mess. none of them work right. -Scent- They sent me 6. I will be using 2. 4 of them were just not great quality but that is all based on opinion. i just really happen to like the brand i am already using for oils. so yea at the end of the day it sprays fumes everywhere and lights up but half the functions on the remote do whatever the hell it wants and the buttons on the defuser dont work for really anything. but it does the job and it looks nice. oh also its alot smaller than it looks in any of the reference pictures. which i thought was the purpose for small brain WOOMAN like me who doesnt really deal with dimensions all that often unless im tryin to figure out the exact angle to cut the sandwich all knowing husband but hey, i was wrong. they are meant to just superimpose an image where ever the hell the image creator feels like. Who woulda thunk. Its all okays though lmao. Honestly it just is what it is and no, (company of which i do not know the name), i have no desire to send it back and go through the whole replacement process. You can send a new one if you want. If its better i'll change my review. But me and shortbus here are a team and you cant have them back. They will not be thrown into your defective pile to be scrap. >.> <.< ... show more
