I discovered this item at a luxury resort spa, thought it was pretty clever and interesting so I purchased two variety kits to further investigate. Here’s what I found… The idea of have a desired aromatherapy scent perpetually close that doesn’t fade is very nice I tried some of these and they were just too harsh for my skin, so I put on a little Vaseline first which solved it. (Eucalyptus was the strongest.) They don’t really tell you this clearly, but the ring is infused with the scent as is the sealed envelope it comes in. This will last forever if you put it back in the pouch and add a few drops of the same oil. Without the oil, the best statement I read from the company was 30 uses. The trick is not loosing it. These are clear which is terrible. When they pop off (sneeze, itchy nose, randomly move your hand) they fly off into the abyss and you need strong light and and a lot of luck to locate. They come off when sleeping, works best for an hour or two then back in pouch. They come off so easily and are hard to locate, so that’s not great. Some of the blends aren’t especially recognizable from another — have only one empty pouch at a time. The price point at the spa was insane (I got a sample) but Amazon has priced them best. I look forward to wearing one on a plane ride. They are hard to detect in a Zoom meeting, so a nice enhancement to calm or energize the work day — depending on your mood.

I work in healthcare which can sometimes have unpleasant smells. These little diffusers work great, I wear it under my mask and am able to ignore every scent except the lovely essential oils

These came today and I was excited to give them a try. I found them comfortable to wear, the scent is a bit intense. My issue with them is keeping them on. I lost the first one pretty quickly. One second I had scent then I noticed I didn't, yep it was gone. I tried another. I was at the sink in my bathroom looking in the mirror. One second it was there the next it was gone. What they didn't say was you can't move, touch, twitch your nose while wearing, at least I can't. I am returning them.

I find the scent lasts all day, and even into the following. If you put it back in the pouch, it further infuses the rings before you need to put your own droppers in and can last multiple days. I'm not sure if I felt extra relaxed or extra energized using the specific fragrances, but I did enjoy the scents and it mentally told me I was in a relaxing mood. So maybe more placebo? That said, it was also nice to have the various scents. My only issue is that it sort of burns the nose when it is brand new, takes about an hour for the burn sensation to go away. Also, lost my first ring in one day. You get the sense that something is perched in your nostrils, which is indeed the case, but if you forget, you can swipe it off pretty easily.
