I absolutely love this powder, sets my undereye are so well. Yes, it is pigmented, however if you apply with a triangle puff and then diffuse it a little bit with blush it's perfect.

Pros: - did not bother my sensitive eyes - good size container and good amount of product - seems to help makeup stay on well Cons: - too much color for my super pale face!! no matter what combo, it made my under eyes such a different color from the rest of my makeup.

So while I really like this powder in formula, but if you are a fair, light or even light-medium skin tone, this will not be the right shade for you. I even mixed in some of my Maybelline Fit Me powder that is too light for me, and it still is pretty dark, even though I got a tan last week. Formula is great, not too mattifying and keeps my concealer in place, but probably only for medium skin tones or deeper.

I went to open the jar and it went all over my new blouse and my bathroom. It was supposed to be three colors and they were all mixed. Not worth returning, but I have asked for a new one. I bet I don't get one. Be careful when opening this powder!
