It does not wobble when you lay it on the back of the phone! Just what I was looking for! Feels good with protection around the whole phone. Edges are lifted to protect the screen and the crazy camera bump on the Note 20! Obviously don't drop your phone 🙄 so be cautious with the other reviews but yeah to won't protect it completely. If you want a heavy duty case for drops get an otter box.

The case is very light weight, you can barely feel the difference with it on. It's feels nice and smooth to the touch and the material doesn't stick in your pocket, it slides right out. The case is raised enough to provide some level of protection to the curved screen without blocking any of the functionality. The clear back, in addition to the already reflective glass backing of the phone, make the back of the case almost like a mirror, which is a hidden plus! This ESR case bought for the Note 20 Ultra. I bought this case as a backup to a more bulkier one i had aquired at the mobile store, it has a neutral look to it and that's what stands out about it. The back is kinda reflective so you could probably use it like a mirror. This case is not hard to install, it actually is a bit firm but that's what you want a case to be, strong and robust. The top bezel guard and the bottom chin is raised enough to give you ample protection, not like those small 1mm tips on all those other cases that seem to be too small to protect the phone from any drops. Yes i have dropped my phone 3-4 times already with this case and it does what it's suppose to do. So far everything is still good and hope it stays that way. The case isn't bulky or clunky, it does feel slim at times but you know this freakin phone is already oversized to begin with. ... show more

    • Sturdy and protective!
My toddler decided to throw my phone off a second floor balcony down to cement. My phone survived, only a slight scratch on the case. The rigid inner housing on the case only cracked after my toddler continued to throw my phone on the ground. The outer housing is still intact and protecting my phone.     • I Bought This Case 3 Times!
ESR made a fantastic case with the Tough Case. I needed a case for my Note20 Ultra that I could trust in drops but also that had a hard polycarbonate back to attach Rokform, SP Connect, and Quad Lock universal adapters to. To make switching between each mounting system easy, I bought three of these cases. I admit to dropping the phone on accident more than once and not a single scratch thanks to the ESR case.     • Doesn't Peel Screen Protector
The thing that works about this is that it has two pieces. The first piece goes around the frame of the phone from the face, that way if you have a screen protector, the edges are tucked underneath the frame. The second piece is the actual case. The bottom right of the screen side has a small indent so you can pry the case from the frame. I initially thought it was a deformity until I realized what it was for and saw it in the instructions. Nothing too fancy. As long as my screen protector doesn't peel off from the edges like with previous other cases. I wish it had a built-in kickstand like the case I replaced.
