used for months while i was eighth months pregnant. very easy to use and washed my clothes pretty good! easy to move around and drain the water. clamp rusts over time but you can buy another one for cheap. overall a money and space saver.

The washer made a weird sound one day but the spinner continued working, though it was very prone to off balanced loads, even when only 1/2 full. Noticed that the boot was cracked and called them, was told it only had a 30 day guarantee. I expected more than 30 days for what it cost.

Wow, total game changer for me doing laundry...been using laundromat for the past 4 years...now it is just me and I had a terrible experience last time at laundry...plus I lost money on machines...SO I decided to get a portable washing machine...after much reading and comparing went with this model...Game changer...I did first load with a tiny bit of soap...not needed because it is appalling how much gunk is left in clothes after using soap and fab soft...I did my next 2 loads water only...Amazed at how clean they came out, appalled at how much gunk and soap bubbles there were using plain water only...Spinner does an AMAZING job...I fixed this to where it will drain into my bathtub with machine not sitting in tub... Only negative I can see is a flimsy fill hose that doesn't attach to anything I have right now...but I have made it work and stayed safe concerning water and electricity. I am going this weekend to buy a better piece of tubing, hose etc to do the fill. Fill and drain are both gravity type...Great machine for the price and received 2 days early...WOULD definitely recommend this washer...bonus is it fits under the shelf in bathroom when not in use...

I purchased the 18lbs model as it was the only available to me here in Hawaii- at double the normal price even. We needed a larger capacity but non to be sold here. We are a family of 4 and I have washed 4 loads thus far on my 1st day of use. This can effectively wash and spin a load size that fits a 7.5 L bucket (1.98 gal) for reference. I do pack it down so maybe 8 L which does slow down the pulsating action some on the wash. The manual does state not to use water temperature above 60°C. I do 2 cycles of wash per load (1 detergent, 1 rinse with vinegar) then load all into the spinner and add more water there. There were no issues with my powder detergent and added boosters like oxyclean not dissolving with cold water like in my normal sized front loader he kenmore. It does spin the clothes dry very well as others have stated. The only time I've felt an off balance load was when it was not packed full. It was able to wash 4 oversized microfiber bath towels in one load and all were able to fit into the spinner at once with no issues. You definitely will need lint traps as there's no filter listed in the manual nor could I see any. I used a stocking but there were still a lot of lint in my bath tub. Not sure how to install the hanger as there were no instructions for it. There's definitely a burning plastic smell when operating but we don't see any smoke or issues with the plug. Some suggestions to make a twin tub machine better running. Purchase a water line hose with a quick connect adapter to connect to your shower head or faucet with an additional diverter so you can fill either side with ease. There's also an adapter sold here to fit to your tub filler as well. You could even use the rinsearoo that is a silicone piece which goes over your water spout. If you don't wanna really do some plumbing but want a water source attached. Do purchase a extension drain hose as it's very short if you don't plan to leave it in your shower or have a low lying drain to route the draining water. A stand or maybe a appliance cart to move around.

Works really well, like some feedback said it’s a gravity drain so keep that in mind. I wish the water inlet hose were just a tad bigger to actually fit on a faucet and the plug in were longer but easily worked around that. It has a bit of noise to be expected. Easy to use, it’s almost impossible to mess up using it. It spins the clothes almost completely dry so they are just a bit damp. The only other thing I don’t care for is when the spin starts/stops there’s a few seconds where it shakes pretty bad/moves but with such a light product that’s almost impossible to avoid. Perfect size for an apartment and the drying rack is a clamp so apartment friendly if you can’t put holes in the walls. Overall I would recommend it and really like it.
