My third baby has been ridiculously picky about what products I use for him and I had to find something to put him in for a few minutes of sanity. He refused using the cheaper bouncers that my others didn’t mind. He also refused the cheap swings. I think he likes being able to sit up so high and helped with his reflux. I also loved the newborn insert, since he was so small he had a hard time fitting right in other bouncers. It is expensive, but when you have a screaming colic and reflux baby you try about everything. I generally think most baby products come down to baby preference and this is one of those. Your baby is either going to love it or hate it. My baby loves it and we still use it daily. Now, my personal opinion on how it works for parents. It’s definitely bigger then other bouncers and clunky to move with one hand while holding baby in another. It isn’t to heavy and relatively portable, but because of the size of the base it has a hard time fitting in smaller spaces like a bathroom. The folding flat feature is great, but a little difficult to click it down right. It does have a relatively high weight limit, but I wouldn’t suggest letting your toddler sit in it unless you have it on the highest recline because it does drop low. I wish for the price it came with a travel bag like some of the other brands. I do like how easy it is to clean, but it’s hard to get the cover off the seat where it hooks in with loops. I have small fingers and still struggle to get the loops off and on. Regardless, it’s a sturdy baby product and worth the price to try if you’ve tried the cheaper options that didn’t work. ... show more

This bouncer is very well made, sturdy, attractive, and comfortable. My newborn loves it. I started using it around 3 weeks (when he was just 7 lbs). At that point he was a bit small for the bouncer, but he still fit okay. He’s definitely grown into it more. I appreciate the newborn insert that makes that possible! It is easy to adjust the angle and close when not is use. It is compact and very portable, so that makes it convenient to take around the house (which is a major benefit over larger items like swings). I can’t compare it personally to cheaper bouncers, but I would say this is worth the money! ... show more

Love this bouncer especially the newborn insert for the early days when the extra head and body support is needed. The fabric is super silky and easy to keep clean. Toy bar can be added for entertainment. Bounces easily with little effort from baby. We absolutely love this bouncer and so does our baby! This is probably one of our most used baby items. Baby girl loves being bounced in this, but is also content without being bounced. The infant insert was the reason we bought this and makes a huge difference with a newborn. Seems very safe and stable and folds up for easy storage. Folding it up is a bit tricky, especially if you have a hard time bending over or are tall, but once you get the hang of it it’s not so bad. I do wish it was a little easier to fold up, however, for safety reasons, I understand, understand why it folds up the way it does. It’s also very lightweight and easy to move around. The only negative I can say is that after some use the bouncer sometimes will make a noise from the fabric rubbing when bouncing baby girl. That can be kind of annoying. I bought this bouncer for the newborn insert. My last bouncer was a baby bjorn and with my first, we always had to roll a blanket and prop him up a certain way so his airway was open and he was in a good position. This bouncer solved all those issues. My second was always in a good and safe position. She is still using the insert at 3 months old. The fabric is so soft and seems to be breathable. We washed it one time in the washer and it looks brand new still. The buckles are really easy to buckle and unbuckle, compared to the baby bjorn ones. The recline and upright features are easy to use with one foot and one hand. My only concern is that my 2 year old toddler is figuring out how to turn the locking mechanism on and off and I feel like he will soon learn to step on the pedal to change the position. If it’s in the most upright position and the pedal is stepped on while unlocked, the bouncer will “fall” down to the lowest recline setting. It won’t fall flat and collapse though because you need to actually pull out another lever to flatten it. ... show more
