I almost didn't get this washer dryer unit! I looked at these units for a year. I almost didn't get this because of all the poor reviews I seen on here. But then I thought I've taken a chance on things so many people had bad reviews on. This AWESOME washer dryer combo being one of them! I did see a review that said.. this unit is definitely not for a big family! It's ment for a couple or one person! That is definitely right! As you can see it's a small standing unit about the size of a dishwasher. BUT! That's what I love about it! It has definitely taken a LOT less space then my samsung washer and dryer that filled this whole space up that you see where this lovely washer dry combo sets!!! I LOVE THAT! I was kinda in shock at first! But the more I have used this unit the more I see I made a great choice! Just my husband and I now, the kids are grown have families of there own I don't need 2 huge space taking units anymore! Now I'm thinking of what to do with this space I gained by down sizing to this AWESOME washer dryer combo!! I have been using this for over 2 months now and I think it's gotten clothes cleaner! So if you are looking to save on space and down size this is perfect! Has been for me! and my husband really likes it too!

This thing costs $1300 but can't dry a single item of clothes..even after a 4 hour cycle! Don't waste your money Update. After writing this review the company asked if I would give them a chance to walk me through troubleshooting. I did...here we are 3 months later and the machine still doesn't work. Took an entire month for them to get someone out here only to look at the machine and tell me they fixed it. Which it isn't. This is a washer and Dryer but it doesn't dry my clothes at all. We've given this a machine a new name...it's the washing soup machine. Tumbles clothes around in 200 degree heated water with no progress on drying. Now that I'm way past the 30 day return time. What is someone going to do about it Update: it's now been over a year and they still did nothing to fix the problem. And still the dryer doesn't work.

I really love idea of this, but unfortunately as many others have said, it arrived not working. It says the door is open but it’s not, so it won’t start a cycle. Customer support does not return voicemails. The times we have been able to get through to them directly, they troubleshooted briefly, then asked us to send them a picture of the receipt for it. We have not heard back from them in the 2 weeks since then and have still not been able to get through to them again. It’s a waste of money and going to be returned before the return window closes next week if we still don’t hear back from them. Update: they reached out to me after this review and worked with me to get the warrant filled out and sent me the needed part and sent a technician out to fix it. The door needed a new latch that was broken upon arrival. The drum size is small and the technician said if you overload it (more than 2/3 full), it will blow the motor and won’t be covered on warranty. So wash very small loads, and each load to wash and dry takes 2 hours total, so only really good for a 1-2 person house who plans to do laundry every day. Plan to go to laundromat to wash thicker blankets. It says the capacity is larger than a typical top load washer, but you can only do about half of a full load that you would typically do in a top load washer.

I’ve had this for a few months now. It does the job and it beats going to the laundromat. That being said wash doesn’t spin out half the time. Laundry is sopping wet. It would help if it had just a spin cycle but you have to rinse/spin and even then it doesn’t always spin out. I vent the dryer but clothes come out extremely wrinkled and the moisture it creates doesn’t help. For the price it should work better. Hence its “just ok”.

I rec’d this unit. Paid to have installed in my 5th wheel. The unit was tripping my gfi switch. Troubleshot to realize the vent fan wasn’t working. Equator overnighted me, still took four days, a vent fan. Got that replaced, then it wouldn’t work. Spent all day of the phone, while my tech is here getting paid by the hour, trying to troubleshoot with equator. The unit gets super hot and smells like it’s burning. Equator wants to just send out all these parts for me to fix. I told them, I did not purchase a build your own washer/dryer. I had a splendide in my previous rig. Wish I had gone with splendide again. It’s what I will get if I can get this one returned.

The media could not be loaded. Installed in an Airstream trailer. Liked larger 18 pounds capacity, shiny metal drum, washer performance, front panel controls, noise level, and vented dryer mode. Disliked the heavier 190lbs weight, condenser drying mode, long 2 hour drying time, the fact that top of machine gets excessively hot. Support sent us a replacement higher CFM exhaust fan but that did not solve the poor exhaust airflow we experienced. Modified the machine to fix issues with dryer. Key problem was that the dryer could not blow out a strong enough airflow to push open a standard dryer vent damper flap. Because the vented airflow was restricted by the condensing drying mode assembly, the heating elements caused the laundry to be steamy hot while the top of the machine got extremely hot to the touch. Little moisture was removed from the laundry by the vent. See photos for what we modified to got a strong dryer exhaust airflow in vented mode. This disables condenser drying mode. Might be more than average consumer would want to do but these mods fixed the problem and caused no error codes. Not recommended if you cannot afford to ignore the warranty and fix anything at your own cost. We wanted a machine that worked in vented mode - not a return.
