Purchased this for our RV after doing much research. Glad I got this one and not the combi (washer and dryer all in one) as I’ve heard mixed reviews on how well the dryer works. Happy to say that both the washer and dryer work well….again didn’t know what to expect with a 110 volt dryer. Very surprised at how well and dry the clothes came out of the dryer. Both units have multiple wash and dry settings to meet any need. Mind you, you can’t wash a heavy quilt in the unit as they aren’t big enough to accommodate it….but it’s perfect for clothes. ... show more

Don't waste your money. The washing machine started to wash through after 2 weeks, no stop after programming, it just kept going. We called the support, did a soft reset on instructions, worked exactly for 2 washes and then again the problem. Called again, you should order a new module. they would give us a number from a technician who installs it. This number was wrong, this company was not in charge. Again reported to the technology support received no response. Called the "customer service" again and told him that after two weeks we are now fed up and they should pick up the devices and give us the money back. We are now waiting for the 24 hours and nothing happens, we will take other steps. For 2 weeks no working washing machine, spare parts have to be ordered by yourself, no responsible technician is available. Customer service that keeps you in order not to have to pay the money back. People don't waste your money and your nerves on this company ... show more

My set came about a week earlier than expected. I’ve had it for about 3 weeks and I love it. The drier stops occasionally so it can spin in the opposite direction which really helps with preventing wrinkles. If anything happens with it and I have to contact customer service, I will update my post with how they handle it. ... show more
